3. Recently I discovered a new talent named Giulia Forte on an Instagram reel. In the reel,
Giulia posted that she was doing a cover of Doja Cat's song "Woman." This cover was engaging
because Giulia performed the upbeat pop song as a folk-rock song. Giulia is an 18-year-old
California native. She is best known for her heartfelt lyricism, aggressively sentimental guitar
progressions, and melodic vocals. She is a singer-songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist based in
Nashville, Tennessee. After only six weeks of playing guitar, she wrote and arranged her first
song. Her voice is like a mix of Shakira and Tracy Chapman but with a country twang. Her
original music style is indie folk music, but she also creates music in folk rock, country, and blues
genres. Giulia’s music inspiration stems from artists like Taylor Swift, Eric Clapton, and Stevie
Nicks.
One of my favorite songs by Giulia Forte is "Too Beautiful," an uplifting song about inner
beauty. I think that Giulia’s song "Too Beautiful" would be a perfect song for a movie because it
is a song that tells a story about someone who has been hurt and needs to be told that they are
worthy. Giulia’s song could be a superhero or action movie song that plays on the radio or at a
bar when the protagonist is down and on the cusp of being a hero. According to Movieguide
(2022), superheroes, action, and kids' fiction movies have received the most box office sales for
27 years. The one thing these genres have in common is part of the storyline, which tends to
have a sad beginning that builds up to the protagonist taking action for the greater good. "Too
Beautiful" would be the perfect song for an emotional movie scene.
An ideal company that could help Giulia find a place for her song in the music world
would be Spirit Music Group in Nashville, Tennessee. Spirit Music is an independent music
publishing company created in 1995 by a group of passionate music industry revolutionists.

is dedicated to showing love to all music genres.
Additionally, Spirit Music Group has also had a hand in writing two hit songs featured in
one of the world's most action-packed, tear-jerking movies, "The Hunger Games." According to
Box Office Mojo (n.d.), "The Hunger Games" has generated over 600 million dollars in box office
sales worldwide. Spirit Music Group does an excellent job of creating versatile music.
Giulia Forte would be an excellent fit for Spirit Music Group because she can write and
produce music that can emotionally move people or get them dancing on their feet. This is what
Spirit Music Is all about, good uplifting music. Giulia is also well versed in the Spanish and Italian
languages and music which could prove to be a good fit for Spirit Music Groups' diverse music
genres ranging in Latin, country, pop, and rock. Giulia is also a great addition to Spirit Music
Group because of her many musical talents and natural ability to arrange music by ear. Giulia
covered 100 songs in 100 days at the beginning of her musical journey and built an Instagram
following of over 10,000 in six months. Giulia has also written and arranged 15 new songs that
require further development. Giulia’s drive and determination to be a part of the music industry
shows that she is ready to work alongside the most outstanding talent at Spirit Music Group. In
comparison, Spirit Music Group could benefit Giulia by providing her with new opportunities,
legal protection for her music, and music resources and helping her grow as an artist.
