The Talent Network allows members to create a short candidate profile that highlights their unique value and experience. These profiles are submitted to the PSGCNJ and made available for employers and recruiters to view and contact candidates directly. Creating an effective candidate profile involves writing a personal branding statement that captures your value, a brief bio, and including contact information. Samples and guidance are provided on writing the statement and profile. Members should submit their draft profile to a committee member for inclusion in the Talent Network.

We recently hosted the much-anticipated Community Skill Builders Workshop during our June online meeting. This event was a culmination of six months of listening to your feedback and crafting solutions to better support your PMI journey.
