Social Learning Theory by Albert Bandura is applicable in classroom settings, especially rural areas. According to the theory, children learn through observing and modeling the behaviors, attitudes, and outcomes of others, particularly their teachers. For effective modeling and learning to occur, a child must pay attention to the behavior, retain or remember it, be able to reproduce the behavior, and be sufficiently motivated to imitate the behavior. Bandura's Social Learning Theory explains that learning happens through observation and imitation of others.
