Will Forever Change Acquisition, Production and Congressional Approval Process While Restoring Financial Equilibrium
Chicago – 8/26/09. In another addendum to its June 25, May 31, 2009 and 2007/2006 press releases, Global HeavyLift Holdings, LLC, a Florida incorporated and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) listed (www.ccr.gov/) entity with principal offices in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is clearly indicating that continued Boeing C-17 production is inextricably linked to its business strategies. Principals also believe funding for this superlative airlifter is not the issue; rather, it’s the process.
“Budgetary constraints, with due respect, exist only in the minds of those in the public and private sector who are at best disingenuous in their claims of continuing attempts to rein in spending. A true and viable solution exists that will forever change Department of Defense acquisition processes, and it’s designated Transformational Recapitalization,” says Myron D. Stokes, Managing Member.
Submission of this RFP, we believe, demonstrates confidence in the world's premier aircraft builder, the potential of restored financial sector equilibrium within 12-18 months, and the capability of this advanced airplane to take a lead role in the permanent air augmentation of US industrial base global supply chain as outlined in our business plan," said Myron D. Stokes, Managing Member.

Forklift Truck Market Global Scenario, Market Size, Outlook, Trend and Foreca...Shweta Tiwari
Fork lift truck or fork truck is an industrial truck which is powered to lift and transport materials in warehouses, shipping depots, manufacturing and many others. After the World War II, the use and development of forklift truck has increased globally. A forklift can only load a specified maximum weight and cannot exceed the specifications, which are also mentioned on a nameplate provided by the manufacture. Overweight of loads or speed may cause disastrous tip-over accidents.

Procurement Talent Challenges in the Middle East?
So, we got off to a great start this sunny Sunday, April morning at the marcus evans Defence Procurement Summit 2016 in Dubai. True to their military form, attendees arrived sharply at 8am for registration and the eagerly anticipated Opening Keynote presentation from Chairman Mark Taylor, Former Global Supply Chain, Logistics & Operations Executive, UK Ministry of Defence.
I had the chance to catch up with Mark after his presentation to learn a little more about his expert subject area 'Building Effective and Efficient Procurement Talent'. I was most curious about audience questions. As we know, it's often those questions that go right to the heart of practitioner attendee concerns, and help our attendee solution providers keep their fingers on the pulse, in terms of where the next solutions need to be. And what was that burning question...?
Why must defence procurement and logistics supply chain directors, think more strategically about talent management? Because, says Mark, best-in-defence execution depends on best-in-defence people. It doesn’t matter how much you invest in logistic SCM, technology or processes - if you don’t also invest in people, you won’t succeed.
Aircraft Finite Element Modelling for structure analysis using Altair ProductsAltair
The Airbus airframe design process has considerably evolved since 20 years with the constant improvement of numerical simulation capability and the computational means capacity. Today the size of Finite Element Models for aircraft structural behaviour study is exceeding the boundary of airframe components (fuselage section, wing); for the A350, a very large scale non-linear model of more than 60 million degrees of freedom has been developed to secure the static test campaign. This communication will illustrate the partnership with Altair and the use of Altair products for the creation and verification of very large models at Airbus. It will deal with: - Geometry preparation - Meshing - Property assignment - Assembly - Checking More generally, numerical simulation will play more and more a major role in the aircraft process, from the development of new concepts / derivatives to the support of the in-service fleet. Then, this presentation will also state the coming needs regarding model creation tools to cope with Airbus strategy.
