Communist Party’s Allies, coupled with the Democratic party’s greater strategic planning,
contributed to the Greek Communist Party’s loss. This act here created tensions between the
Soviet Union and the United States. The US also gained an ally within Greece due to their
support, while Russia lost Yugoslavia and Greece as ally’s.

increasing tension between the US and
Russians. The Cuban leader Fidel Castro
also gained fame and recognition for
repelling the forces.
