recognizes Provision Living at St. Louis Hills as the first Missouri facility to be awarded
the status of Distinguished Provider -- the highest credential in dementia care.
The award was presented to Provision Living at St. Louis Hills, an assisted living and memory care
unit in St. Louis, MO, at a special recognition ceremony on January 17, 2013.
