Proverbs 24 1 Be not thou envious against evil men,
neither desire to be with them. 2 For their heart
studieth destruction, and their lips talk of mischief.
Proverbs 4 14 Enter not into the path of the wicked,
and go not in the way of evil men.
Proverbs 4 19 The way of the wicked is as darkness:
they know not at what they stumble.
2
Don’t spend your time with sinners and
backsliders; they will pull you into sin.
Proverbs 3 33 The curse of the LORD is in the
house of the wicked: but He blesseth the habitation
of the just.
Proverbs 4 18 But the path of the just is as the
shining light, that shineth more and more unto the
perfect day.
The Path of God just gets better and better.
The path of sin leads to trouble and despair.
3
Hebrews 10 38 Now the just shall live by faith: but
if any man draw back, My Soul shall have no
pleasure in him.
4
Psalm 133 1 Behold, how good and how pleasant
it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!
God wants His children to find joy and
pleasure in the company of one another;
not in the pleasure of those who love sin.

Romans 12:9 (NIV) Love must be sincere. Hate
what is evil; cling to what is good.

3 Through Wisdom is an house builded; and by
Understanding it is established: 4 And by Know-ledge
shall the chambers be filled with all precious
and pleasant riches.
The Wisdom and Understanding of God will
make your life a true success.
Not only will all your material needs be met,
but your need for love and fellowship will be
filled in Jesus.
We must build our lives only upon the Wisdom and
7
Understanding found in the Word of God.
Matthew 7 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these
sayings of Mine, and doeth them, I will liken him
unto a wise man, which built his house upon a
rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods
came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that
house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a
rock.

Let us live a life of obedience in faith believing
that God will fulfill His Word in us.
Don’t just do what God says because
you think you have to – resentfully.
Obey in faith, trusting God
to do you good.
Psalm 40 (TLB) 16 But may the joy of the Lord be
given to everyone who loves Him and His salva-tion.
9
May they constantly exclaim, "How great
God is!"
The joy of the Lord is promised to all who love
Him and His salvation.
Let us obey Him in faith that we
may receive His Joy.
2 Corinthians 9 6 But this I say, He which soweth
sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which
soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart,
so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for
God loveth a cheerful giver. 8 And God is able to
make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always
having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to
every good work:
Obey God in giving and doing, and He promised to
10
supply all sufficiency in all things.
Trust and obey Him believing His Promise.
Every Promise of God works this same way.
Obey His Word because you love Him, and His
11
Promises will be fulfilled in you.
John 15 11 These things have I spoken unto you,
that My joy might remain in you, and that your joy
might be full.
