At this time, e-governance transformation is considered as one of the most important and biggest challenges among

reviewed and studied some of the factors that affect implementing the e-governance for Public and private schools in
Governorate of Al Buraimi, Oman. The aim of the study was to determine whether there existed organizational
differences that demanded different approaches and strategies for the implementation of e-governance. The research
considered three organizational factors, which included, the type of the organization (public or private), size of the
organization and the work experience of the employees of the organization. In addition, the research considered the
some of the requirements needed for the implementation of e-governance. These requirements included, physical,
financial, administrative and management requirements. Through the research it was evident that the different types
of requirements needed for the implementation of e-governance varied by the organizational factors. In other words,
the findings indicated that the approaches and strategies that needs to be adopted will differ with the organizational
characteristics. This differences needs to be considered at the time of implementation and should be incorporated

It is impossible to overstate the role that smart cities and the building resilience strategy play in the movement
toward environmental sustainability, particularly in industrialized and developing nations. There has been a rise
in the use of efficient systems to enhance built environment control and accomplish infrastructure development
projects, and for this to be successful, countries around the globe, including Nigeria, need robust smart cities and
buildings. Few researchers have looked at how smart cities and building projects might improve the sustainability
practices of Nigeria’s built environment in the context of environmental issues. The major research aim of
this study is to investigate the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in advancing urban
sustainability in the context of Lagos, Nigeria, amidst the city’s rapid population growth and the implementation
of smart city projects. The study’s research questions include the following: First, How can information and
communication technology (ICT) be leveraged to support the development of urban sustainability? Secondly,
what is the impact of ICT on stakeholders’ involvement and participation in urban sustainability? Thirdly, how
can stakeholders’ involvement and participation impact urban sustainability? Structural equation modeling
using partial least squares (SmartPLS 3.0 Edition) as an analysis tool was used to assess the suggested model and
the empirical study results in support of all the hypothesized associations. Results revealed that Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) is positively associated with smart urban sustainability. Also, a positive and
significant influence of ICT on consolidating stakeholder involvement and participation is paramount. Lastly,
smart city and building initiatives have the potential to significantly improve urban sustainability. The implication
of the study enables the possibility to optimize the impact of an ICT-based urban environment, thereby
creating sustainable and resilient communities that meet the needs and priorities of all members of society.

This document discusses a study that aimed to assess the critical technological factors influencing the performance of eGovernment projects in Kenya. It provides background on eGovernment and discusses challenges in its implementation in developing countries. The study found that of the technological predictors of eGovernment projects in Kenya, only system integration, processes and usage of the eGovernment system had statistically significant positive relationships with project performance. Other factors like standards, security, privacy, and access had positive but insignificant relationships with performance.

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the relationship between the use of information technology and the quality of services given at the Ministry of Educations Erbil representative office. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of technology on the dependability and availability of government services. It also investigates the effect of information technology on consumer satisfaction. A descriptive analytical methodology was used. In this study, three categories of variables were used The information technology is an independent variable. The mediating variables are the availability and dependability of government services, while the dependent variable is consumer happiness. A questionnaire of 28 questions was prepared and delivered to beneficiaries of the Ministry of Educations representative services in Erbil, with the goal of measuring the impact of use in the representative office under study from the perspective of the recipients of the services. SPSS and statistical tools were used to collect and evaluate 228 responses. The findings indicate that the use of IT tools has a significant impact on the availability and dependability of government services. This usage may also have an impact on consumer satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the contribution of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) basic skills to student social media utilization activities. Quantitative research was determined as a method with regression analysis. A total of 144 students selected randomly participated in this research. The research instrument used a five-scale questionnaire, consisting of 32 items of ICT skill instruments and 20 items for social media utilization instruments. The results showed a high level of ICT students' basic skills and social media use activities. There is a contribution of basic ICT skills to student social media utilization activities. The higher of the basic skill of ICT causes the higher the level of activity utilization of their social media. Research recommendations suggest efforts to improve students' basic ICT skills.e-Government and e-Governance

Sustainable digital communication using perceived enjoyment with a technology...
The technology acceptance model (TAM) has garnered considerable attention within higher education in Jordan, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we still need to understand how to progress the TAM to enhance educational sustainability. “Perceived enjoyment” (PE) is a significant predictor of perceived ease of use, intention to use technology, use e-learning systems for educational sustainability, and attitudes toward using the TAM. This study aims to reveal the role of sustainable digital communication using PE with the TAM within higher education in Jordan. An online survey was conducted using a random sample of students at the University of Jordan, which reached 576 participants. The results of a subsequent path analysis of the survey data revealed that PE, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward using digital communication strategies were dominant in affecting student intention to use sustainable digital communication. We found that the students would like to use digital communication strategies due to their ease of use and because they can enhance self-education. However, students need to enhance their usage skills, and to better understand digital communication strategies. Moreover, we found that the TAM, PE, perceived ease of use (PEU), and perceived usefulness (PU) immediately and favorably affect attitudes toward usage (ATU) and behavioral intention (BI). PEU negatively affected the intention of students to use technology through ATU, while PE had a significant impact on the PU, PEU, ATU, and BI of using digital communication strategies. Information and communication technologies (ICT) developers in the Jordanian Higher Education environment should create systems that are user-friendly and pertinent to the sustainability of student education, to raise their perceived ease of use. Managers should also encourage students to use ICT.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the usage and understanding of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on housewives who actively organize in Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Manado City and relationship between the profile of the housewives with internet usage. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire, with 50 housewives who actively organize in Family Welfare Empowerment Manado City as a respondent and obtained by purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is descriptive and verification with SPSS Version 23. The results showed that the use of internet on the housewives who actively organize in PKK of Manado City reached 68% which 60% using their smartphone; internet access is done every day by 67,65% housewives; internet usage is still limited to the use of social media, where 56% admitted spending their time to open social networking sites; 50% for information, while the use of email is limited to 22%, online shopping 10% and only 2% using their internet to enter world of banking; all survey respondents feel that ICT has an important function in anticipating globalization, where the positive and negative aspects of ICT also become a concern for respondents and they agreed on the importance of training in order to equip themselves; age significantly effect on the use of internet, while education and income are not significant.

This study investigated students’ perception towards acceptance of digital transformation in teaching-learning activities studying at different levels in Kathmandu valley (includes 3 districts: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur), Nepal. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a research framework to examine the factors affecting how students come to accept and use technology. The literature review indicated that social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and perceived enjoyment were the most common external factors of TAM. A total of 384 students were participated in the study. Different statistical analyses have been performed in order to test the significance of the considered factors that may affect the digital learning practices of students. The result of the data analysis revealed that social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and enjoyment have a significant impact on perceived ease of use of the digital learning system. Furthermore, social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and enjoyment were also found to have a positive influence on the perceived usefulness of the digital learning system. The Digital learning system is changing the traditional practice of learning with technology and innovation. The study support that using digital tools in education makes academic activities more interesting, easy to access, creative, effective, and productive.

This document summarizes a study that aims to develop and validate an integrated model of success factors for delivering citizen-centric e-government services in developing countries. The study examined how computer ability, internet ability, and individual entrepreneurial intention impact technopreneurial intention. Governing disruptive technologies for inclusive development in cities
Abstract
Cities are increasingly adopting advanced technologies to address complex challenges. Applying technologies such as information and communication technology, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and autonomous systems in cities' design, planning, and management can cause disruptive changes in their social, economic, and environmental composition. Through a systematic literature review, this research develops a conceptual model linking (1) the dominant city labels relating to tech-driven urban development, (2) the characteristics and applications of disruptive technologies, and (3) the current understanding of inclusive urban development. We extend the discussion by identifying and incorporating the motivations behind adopting disruptive technologies and the challenges they present to inclusive development. We find that inclusive development in tech-driven cities can be realised if governments develop suitable adaptive regulatory frameworks for involving technology companies, build policy capacity, and adopt more adaptive models of governance. We also stress the importance of acknowledging the influence of digital literacy and smart citizenship, and exploring other dimensions of inclusivity, for governing disruptive technologies in inclusive smart cities.

Sustainable digital communication using perceived enjoyment with a technology...
The technology acceptance model (TAM) has garnered considerable attention within higher education in Jordan, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we still need to understand how to progress the TAM to enhance educational sustainability. “Perceived enjoyment” (PE) is a significant predictor of perceived ease of use, intention to use technology, use e-learning systems for educational sustainability, and attitudes toward using the TAM. This study aims to reveal the role of sustainable digital communication using PE with the TAM within higher education in Jordan. An online survey was conducted using a random sample of students at the University of Jordan, which reached 576 participants. The results of a subsequent path analysis of the survey data revealed that PE, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward using digital communication strategies were dominant in affecting student intention to use sustainable digital communication. We found that the students would like to use digital communication strategies due to their ease of use and because they can enhance self-education. However, students need to enhance their usage skills, and to better understand digital communication strategies. Moreover, we found that the TAM, PE, perceived ease of use (PEU), and perceived usefulness (PU) immediately and favorably affect attitudes toward usage (ATU) and behavioral intention (BI). PEU negatively affected the intention of students to use technology through ATU, while PE had a significant impact on the PU, PEU, ATU, and BI of using digital communication strategies. Information and communication technologies (ICT) developers in the Jordanian Higher Education environment should create systems that are user-friendly and pertinent to the sustainability of student education, to raise their perceived ease of use. Managers should also encourage students to use ICT.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the usage and understanding of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on housewives who actively organize in Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Manado City and relationship between the profile of the housewives with internet usage. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire, with 50 housewives who actively organize in Family Welfare Empowerment Manado City as a respondent and obtained by purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is descriptive and verification with SPSS Version 23. The results showed that the use of internet on the housewives who actively organize in PKK of Manado City reached 68% which 60% using their smartphone; internet access is done every day by 67,65% housewives; internet usage is still limited to the use of social media, where 56% admitted spending their time to open social networking sites; 50% for information, while the use of email is limited to 22%, online shopping 10% and only 2% using their internet to enter world of banking; all survey respondents feel that ICT has an important function in anticipating globalization, where the positive and negative aspects of ICT also become a concern for respondents and they agreed on the importance of training in order to equip themselves; age significantly effect on the use of internet, while education and income are not significant.

This study investigated students’ perception towards acceptance of digital transformation in teaching-learning activities studying at different levels in Kathmandu valley (includes 3 districts: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur), Nepal. Using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a research framework to examine the factors affecting how students come to accept and use technology. The literature review indicated that social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and perceived enjoyment were the most common external factors of TAM. A total of 384 students were participated in the study. Different statistical analyses have been performed in order to test the significance of the considered factors that may affect the digital learning practices of students. The result of the data analysis revealed that social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and enjoyment have a significant impact on perceived ease of use of the digital learning system. Furthermore, social influence, accessibility, computer self-efficacy, infrastructure, and enjoyment were also found to have a positive influence on the perceived usefulness of the digital learning system. The Digital learning system is changing the traditional practice of learning with technology and innovation. The study support that using digital tools in education makes academic activities more interesting, easy to access, creative, effective, and productive.

This document summarizes a study that aims to develop and validate an integrated model of success factors for delivering citizen-centric e-government services in developing countries. It conducted a literature review on existing models and identified gaps. A previous study using grounded theory developed 15 success factors across national, governmental, citizen and technological perspectives. This study aims to validate the model developed previously using structural equation modeling on survey data from Jordan. The results show some factors like perceived ease of use are no longer significant, while others like organizational loyalty, trust, quality, security and website design have a positive impact. The study examined how computer ability, internet ability, and individual entrepreneurial intention impact technopreneurial intention. It also examined the mediating role of technopreneurial self-efficacy. Governing disruptive technologies for inclusive development in cities
Abstract
Cities are increasingly adopting advanced technologies to address complex challenges. Applying technologies such as information and communication technology, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and autonomous systems in cities' design, planning, and management can cause disruptive changes in their social, economic, and environmental composition. Through a systematic literature review, this research develops a conceptual model linking (1) the dominant city labels relating to tech-driven urban development, (2) the characteristics and applications of disruptive technologies, and (3) the current understanding of inclusive urban development. We extend the discussion by identifying and incorporating the motivations behind adopting disruptive technologies and the challenges they present to inclusive development. We find that inclusive development in tech-driven cities can be realised if governments develop suitable adaptive regulatory frameworks for involving technology companies, build policy capacity, and adopt more adaptive models of governance. We also stress the importance of acknowledging the influence of digital literacy and smart citizenship, and exploring other dimensions of inclusivity, for governing disruptive technologies in inclusive smart cities.

This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is

- 2. Background 1. Globalization and advances in information technology have made the use of electronics in various aspects of life important (Haleem et al., 2022). 2. The government sector has been greatly impacted by technological developments, particularly in e-participation and decision-making (Mergel et al., 2019). 3. E-participation is increasingly important in government decision-making and city management in the digital age (Tejedo-Romero et al., 2022).Despite various initiatives, effective e-participation is still not achieved (Nilsson & Barbutiu, 2019). 4. Challenges include digital accessibility gaps, data security, and legitimacy of electronic processes (Botelho, 2021; Adnan et al., 2022; Ferreira et al., 2023). 5. Cybersecurity is a major concern in ensuring the integrity and trustworthiness of electronic participation (Yaacoub et al., 2022). 6. Makassar City Government was chosen as a case study to understand the challenges and opportunities in e-participation (Tasmil, 2013). 7. The integration of the UMEGA model with cybersecurity is expected to improve efficiency and security in e-participation (Mensah et al., 2020a). 8. This dissertation aims to fill the knowledge gap by integrating the UMEGA model and cybersecurity in enhancing e-participation through Anrong Apps in Makassar City Government.
