Objective
In teams of 3 – 5 attempt to improve performance for one of the clients listed above, with
measure to be in:
Percentage increase in active salary packages OR
Percentage decrease in ceases of salary packages*
Percentage increase in Smartleasing vehicles established
Selection criteria; good relationships, few or no restrictions, penetration #’s and competitive threat

Team details
 Put your team together, making sure you all get sign off from your line manager
 List your top 3 preferences from the client list, which will be drawn randomly
 Developing a plan of attack
(template), which includes;
 Defining the objective and
measure of success
 Gather information
 Generate and evaluate
ideas
 Putting the plan together
 Resources required (people,
funding, time and effort)
 Engaging appropriate
stakeholders for sign –off/
approval
 Marketing/ Sales
 CRM/ Client
 Planning completion date (including stakeholder sign-off), 31 May, 2013
 Presenting proposal to EMT, No later than 30 June, 2013
 Implementing the plan – DO No later than 31 July, 2013
 Review – CHECK No later than 30 September, 2013
 Refine/ Improve - ACT

Support
DR to EMT and EMT members will all be available to assist the teams at various points stages
based on team needs/ guidance required
The Prize(s)
Spot prize of $1000 to group with best pitch to EMT
All participants receive a day in lieu (Annual Leave) for participating in event

2.Finalising guidelines and tool kit for team use
