Factors Affecting Organizational Work Conditions on Employee Job Satisfaction...ijtsrd
Job satisfaction among workers is important to customer satisfaction and corporate efficiency in a competitive environment. Workers regard working conditions as key components for their success require frequent assessments to recognize and enhance factors that are vital to increasing job satisfaction. The goal of the analysis was to investigate the effects of the institutional working conditions on the morale of employees in the airline industry in Ethiopia. The study followed a descriptive explanatory research methodology, examining a heterogeneous population of 95 from 200 workers of the Ethiopian airline. A self governing questionnaire was used to collect data analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics. The research accomplished an 82.11 percent response rate. The findings from the study indicate high correlation coefficients of 0.882 between working conditions and employee job satisfaction. Likewise, there was evidence of a strong and positive correlation between employee job satisfaction and remuneration of 0.831 . In addition, proof of a positively correlated elasticity between employee promotion and employee job satisfaction at 0.512 . Generally, the total job satisfaction rate in the airline industry was 3.752 out of a total of 5. The three objective factors contributed to 83 percent of differences in the happiness of workers and were, therefore, the key to the satisfaction of employees. In order to improve the job satisfaction of workers, airline management should endeavor to provide training and development programs for staff members to enhance their work skills, and periodically update working conditions and other terms of service in general, to encourage the process in accordance with industry trends in order to make it more profitable. Airline industry has a positive impact on the people’s way of living. It has now become a very essential service hard to picture how life would be without it. It has changed on the way people operate in the world of business because now time taken to travel long distances is very short. It is now possible to do business in some areas which were considered to be remote way back. It provides the necessary transportation network in the whole world therefore its acknowledged for the success of businesses and growth of the tourism industry (ATAG, 2005).
Aviation industry is a major source of employment and by paying taxes it contributes much to the economy. It has been experiencing a considerable growth in the last decades. Its approximately above seventy-fold as the time the first airliner flew (ATAG, 2005). That huge growth experienced is due to many factors. One of them is increase in disposable income which has led to improved living standards in the world.
The growth is also as a result of improved aviation laws and open- sky negotiations between different governments. It has led to discovery of new markets making travel affordable and easier. Increased demand due to high levels of confidence in air travel as a proved safe means of travel has also contributed to the enormous growth.
Due to increased competition, airfares have reduced therefore low cost in traveling. Globalization has also played major role as the distance traveled has increased since people are doing business everywhere due to stable political and social climate. These factors are expected to improve further thus increased no of traffic in air travel. It is now to the companies in the industry to utilize the advantage of the available opportunities and improve in the management of their work.
Most of the airlines are owned by the government but now there is an emerging trend of movement to commercial, independent public companies. This has led to increased number of commercial companies thus increased pressure on management in increased profits, reduction of cost and revenue increment.
The operators in this industry survive in a very competitive and dynamic environment. First this industry was created for the service of delivering mails. There has been massive evolution into very complicated operations of transport to passengers and cargo. All these improvements come with a very complex operating strategies and a lot of competition.
To attain a considerable growth, it is important for the airline companies to study the conditions prevailing in the market. This industry involves very high investment costs, operation in a geographically dispersed market and tough huddles imposed by the regulator. Therefore this has led to huge investment in operations techniques and information.
The industry has been divided into different sectors. They include ope.

This is a project with the objective to develop a basic website where a consumer is provided with a shopping cart website and also to know about the technologies used to develop such a website.
This document will discuss each of the underlying technologies to create and implement an e- commerce website.
Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

ground and air space in the country.
Airports Authority of India (AAI) manages a total of 125 Airports,
which include 11 International Airports, 08 Customs Airports, 81
Domestic Airports and 25 Civil Enclaves at Defence Airfields. AAI also
provides Air Traffic Management Services (ATMS) over entire Indian
Air Space and adjoining oceanic areas with ground installations at all
Airports and 25 other locations to ensure safety of Aircraft operations.
3. The AAI employs 120 employees in the various departments at
Udaipur Airport under the Airport Director.
The departments are:

Primary Data
Primary data was collected through personal
interview of AAI employees & P&A departments
Secondary Data
The source of secondary data was mainly
Journals, Press releases, Magazines,
Books, and ,Internet
6. The present study is an attempt to understand the levels of stress and
the cumulative effect of stress on employees with special reference to
the Airports Authority of India.
The AAI being a public sector undertaking has a responsibility to the
nation and is answerable to the Government of India. Large
investments have been made at the airport to give the better facilities to
the travelling public and the efficient and safe functioning of the
airport depends on the efficient performance of the employees of the
AAI.
The AAI provides many incentives and facilities to its employees for
efficient performance and it will help the organization to identify any
cause/s that negatively impacts upon the performance of its employees
so that such causes can be appropriately addressed.

20. The main problem areas & reasons for stress
Long Working Hours
Due to the urgency of work and shortage of trained manpower employees
are required to work extra hours to meet the specific targets .
Operational staff working in shifts is most affected as they have to some
times report as early as 5 am and sometimes stay up to midnight to attend
to flights.
Target Pressure:
Operational staff they have tough target pressure to ensure that all services
are facilitated safely and expeditiously .Any inadvertent lapse could lead to
monetary loss as well as affect career progression .
Multitasking:
Officials are assigned multiple like the ATCO who is also responsible RNFC
billing and issue of security passes and Airside Driving Permits. This is a
cause for stress.
21. If the employees are stressed there would be less productivity.
Schemes may be devised to recognize and reward the talents of
employees so that the employees are motivated and work to their
full efficiency.
Employees should also be given other benefits such as loans for
higher studies .
The organization should involve employees also in important
decisions taken by the company .
22. Eustress is a positive & desirable form
of stress. It can be defined as stress that
is healthy or gives one a feeling of
fulfillment.
