 Operational: Presently working
 LOI(Letter of Intent):On deposit of the balance 50% of the bid amount within the
stipulated time, and fulfillment of other eligibility conditions, the successful
bidder will be issued a Letter of Intent.
 GOPA(Grant of Permission Agreements):GOPA is an agreement between the
MoIB and the permission holder which lays down the terms and conditions of
broadcast of the operational Community Radio Station. GOPA is valid for five
years and once the validity finishes, the licence holder is supposed to renew it.
