VALIDATE/MONITOR BY:
6
• Project performance
- Compliance with
- the Technical Specifications
- the approved Methodology
- the required documentation/reporting
- Works ahead of schedule/plan
- Quality Assurance (workmanship)
PROJECT MONITORING
7
• Completed structures/works?
- Reporting from the contractors needs to be
validated and/or inspected by the CS Team
- A straight line diagram can be used as tool for
monitoring and validating reported completed
as well as on-going site works

- This is the work of items completed at site subject
for validation, testing and quality assurance
• Billable
- This is the work of items completed at site that are
already validated, passed testing and quality

  3. (PREDICT is a nationwide system that is meant to complement the existing observation capability of PAGASA. It consists of a network of automated weather stations that gather and transmit observation data to a central server through the cellular network. Each observation station is a rugged device equipped with sensor for the various required parameter such as temperature, pressure, humidity, wind directions, wind speed and rainfall. It is also equipped with a GSM/GPRS modem to transmit data to the central server.)
