1. Settlement Instructions Automation: Fidelity sends settlement instructions to internal groups and
external partners (Banks, brokers, SAI and EMM funds) through manual process over email. As part of
this project all settlement instructions will be automated integrated with TradeHub.

2. Payment Hub - Comm Engine: Payment Hub is a central system for all messages routing to/from
Fidelity to custodian and third party. It performs message routing based on BIC and message type and
re-direct to banks & fidelity applications.

3. NCS CAWS Redesign: It is a centralized system to process various corporate actions for the fidelity
mutual funds. The system has been redesigned to accommodate the new market practices for
corporate actions and automation of authorization, reconciliation and entitlement calculation.

4. Swift Release 2011-2015: The Swift Release is standard release scheduled to go live in the
industry on 3rd Friday of November every year . The FPCMS group uses Swift Messages across different
applications to transmit or receive messages between banks/brokers has to be compliant with Swift.

5. Cash Availability Redesign: The cash availability system is centralized system to calculate the cash
available to spend at any time for all fidelity funds. When the funds are overdrawn the system has
functionality to execute various loans. The system has different modules to compute cash.

6. Global Trade Processing: It is centralized system, where trades executed from different trading desk
of fidelity area feed into the GTP system to process and settle with each custodian banks.
