o The objective of this project is to build a new facility to house the
manufacturing line of our new generation of ergonomic sustainable
keyboards.
o The new LEED gold certified facility will emphasize a sustainable
approach to the overall plant operations. The facility will utilize renewable
energy to power the production line and to support the infrastructure.
o The building will utilize a paperless electronic system where practical,
or recycled paper.
oThere will be a robust recycling program implemented into the operation
of the facility. The majority of the components utilized to assemble the
keyboards must be processed from organic based polymers and recycled
materials.
oThe base building will be constructed utilizing renewable materials.
oThe building site will be situated within a close proximity to mass transit
systems, It should offer charging machines for electric cars, and
designated parking for hybrid
