 August 2013 to March 2016: Powerco, Inc. Allentown, PA
 Parts Specialist.
 Case and Kubota parts sales, Husqvarna Construction Equipment sales, purchasing and inventory
control were my daily responsibilities.
 Responsible for approximately 50% of the 1.3 million in parts department sales during my first full
year. Second year sales grew about ten percent.
 Additionally, I volunteered to take on some marketing and A.P. responsibilities.
 I redesigned the showroom, fabricated and installed most of the displays and sales counters for better
product placement, better customer flow-through and more efficient work stations.
 Created S.O.P.’s for the parts department along with training and mentoring the last new employee.
 March 2005 to August 2013: Self-Employed – Project Management and Consulting
 Part time business that expanded into a full time job starting with several small contracting business.
 Customers included: BMC Custom Woodworking, LLC, Michael Downing Carpentry, JMG
Construction Corporation, Excel Collision and others.
 Projects have included everything from over-seeing the completion of the Norfolk Southern freight
terminal in Jersey City, a railroad spur in Philadelphia, to creating accounting systems and
implementing new software.
 Project management work created an opportunity to start a small finish carpentry and cabinet
business that complimented the work I was already performing for some of my customers.
 Cabinet work has included every step of fabricating custom kitchens, furniture and built-ins. Trim
work has ranged from fast paced production town homes to a twenty million dollar private residence.
 November 2003 to June 2005: Morgan Site Improvement, LLC. Coatesville, PA
 Controller and primary management figure.
 Responsible for all aspects of running the company, from daily operations to heavy equipment
purchases.
 My first project was the restructuring of the accounting system and procurement of additional
operating capital.
 I implemented several money saving initiatives such as bringing payroll and monthly tax filings in
house, as well as creating invoicing procedures that maximized cash flow and increased accuracy.
 The creation of a separate service company to handle the maintenance of our heavy equipment and
bring in additional revenue from outside customers revenue had also helped increase revenue by
over 25% from previous years.

2.  During this time I became very adept with QuickBooks and have set-up the accounting system for
other companies.
 February 2002 to July 2003: Tyco International / Scott Instruments. Exton, PA
 Transportation Coordinator.
 Reorganized a formerly troubled department.
 New staffing, the creation of computerized export and HAZMAT forms and implementing new
procedures were my initial projects.
 Brought in a vendor maintained supply system.
 Created new floor layout to maximize product flow.
 These changes dropped shipping errors from an average of forty a month to three a month while
cutting weekly overtime from ten hours per person to two hours per person.
 Passed a surprise FAA HAZMAT audit with no findings or concerns for our company and received
high praise from the inspecting agents as to our documentation process.
 Secondary responsibilities included supervision of the manufacturing cells and inventory
management of stocked parts.
 January 1999 to February 2002: Aerzen U.S.A. Inc. Coatesville, PA
 Materials Manager.
 Responsible for inventory control, purchasing, parts allocation, receiving and inspection of all
incoming goods and all transportation needs including export. Moved inventory into point of use
locations and creating a kanban / bin system to lean out our manufacturing process.
 Created procedures to correct preexisting inventory problems.
 July 1990 to December 1999: Lenape Forge, Inc. Lenape, PA
 Setup and production running of the 2000-ton press. Promoted to the transportation position of the
company in July of 1991.
 Routing, scheduling, export documentation, and purchasing for my department were my primary
responsibilities.
 Managed a high volume of quality control documents for the defense and nuclear industries.
 Volunteered to run the Production Improvement Team. A group that included both union and
management personnel that was given $2000.00 per month budget for improving the plant.
