Hello my name is Michael T Boudreau and I have been working with customer service for over 20 years. I am a great person to have on the job because I am a working manger. I am also a great trainer for new employees. I train very though and I make sure that the new employees have every thing they need to be on their own. I get along with everyone I have worked with. They say that I am the best manger ever because I work along side my employees. Plus customers also say that I get them to come back in because I really care about them. I am a person who gets the job done at a quick and effective mater and make sure the customers are satisfied. If their is a problem I will fix it at a quick and timely mater to make sure the customer gets what he or she wants. I follow all guide lines and rules and will never take a short cut to get the job done.
