Store Analyst – Columbus, Ohio (Feb 2013 – Sep 2013)
Men’s Tailored Store Planner – Columbus, Ohio (Sep 2013 – December 2014)
Total Company Sizing and Systems Planner – Columbus, Ohio (December 2014 – Present)
 Total Company Sizing and Systems Planner position was newly created to own all company sizing information and
to lead business intelligence implementation as well as training. Led company’s first seasonal size selling hindsight
to all cross-functional leads that identified size selling deficiencies and opportunities. Findings were published and
distributed globally as the company’s size selling reference manual.
 As a recognized and accredited systems’ expert, was elected to be on the project management team as a “Super
User” organizing company-wide business intelligence upgrades. Designed and executed system tests procedures
to ensure successful system integration. Selected to conduct peer training with program implementation as a
member of the “Operational Change Management” team.
 Reengineered size analysis system to dramatically increase accuracy of results and built reporting mechanism to
automate adjustments to inventory allocation strategies. Went live globally earlier than projected due to the
measure of accuracy improvement and the acknowledged business need.
 Pinpointed ideal inventory levels for key item grossing $36M annually based on situational analysis to maximize
inventory efficiencies. Presented findings to VP of P&A and recommendations were implemented to model future
target inventory levels. Was subsequently chosen to overhaul multiple core departments’ merchandise buying
and assorting tools. Selected to become trainer of all new team hires in Microsoft Excel.
 Overhauled the processing procedures of uniquely packaged suit jackets to expedite high ticket inventory flow to
sales floor. Process improvements helped to justify company investment into new facilities and resources to
continue improving inventory flow through.

Associate Merchant – New Albany, OH (2010 – 2012)
Facilitating cross functional teams’ collaboration, developing/reporting valuable selling conclusions to key decision
makers, and leveraging vendor relationships to deliver measurable margin improvements. Promoted from Assistant
to Associate Merchant. Served as Intern mentor and interviewing coach to successfully assist in recruiting multiple
new hires. Developed and trained two direct reports to achieve promotions within the first year.
Noteworthy Contributions:
 Designed cost improvement initiatives on the Hollister Polos and Henleys team to beat Fall’11 avg. unit cost
target by $0.05 (~1% of total), delivered all Spring ’12 merchandise at -7% to LY cost, and positioned department
to beat Fall’12 target by additional $0.04 (despite cotton cost pressures with prices spiking 246% to all-time highs
from Apr’10 to Apr’11).
 Played key role in streamlining/standardizing reporting by utilizing business Intelligence data analytics software
(Abercrombie.B.I.) to automatically distribute weekly reports to all cross functional teams regarding upcoming
week’s critical business decisions (derived information from merchant software). Led training initiative to teach
merchants how to best leverage the ABI software in their own categories.
 Strategized, delivered, and executed product style tests to pinpoint emerging fashion trends backed by statistical
analysis and data driven findings that captured volume opportunities. Leveraged strong vendor relationships to
creatively fund these programs while avoiding costly production interruptions.
