 Organizational process assets(OPA): are the plans, processes, policies,
procedures, and knowledge bases specific to and used by the performing
organization.
 Corporate Knowledge Base: It is Part of Organizational process assets. A
knowledge base is a database used for knowledge sharing and management.It
promotes the collection, organization and retrieval of knowledge.
 Enterprise environmental factors: refer to conditions, not under the control
of the project team, that influence, constrain, or direct the project.
