This document describes Humix, an open-source robot framework built on IBM Bluemix, IBM IoT Foundation, and Watson AI services. It discusses how Humix was created during a hackathon by connecting various sensors, APIs and services. Features of the first generation Humix prototype include sensing temperature, humidity and light, as well as cognitive computing abilities using sentiment analysis, translation and computer vision APIs. Next steps proposed are to build a smaller Humix Mini robot and develop flying capabilities. will take a picture and report the estimated age of the people
in the picture
