The project manager will oversee the development of a large residential township in Bhubaneswar, India. They will report to the VP of Projects and have 15-20 years of experience in real estate construction and development. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing all site activities through supervising engineers and contractors. The project manager must ensure quality, safety, progress, and meet deadlines by reviewing worksites regularly and prioritizing sales needs. They will also certify contractor bills for payment and have experience with township infrastructure and finishing works.

1. JOB Description _
Role: Project Manager of the large scale residential township Bhubaneswar.
Designation : GM Project
Reporting to VP – Project
Qualification : B.E Civil.
Experience: Minimum of 15 - 20 years of experience in the construction and development of
real estate.
Specific Area: High rise building, infra development of township.
Responsible for planning, coordination and implementation of all site related activities by
anchoring at site. He has to lead the internal team of engineers, supervisors , in the daily
task by assigning responsibility and accountability . He has to well manage with all vendors
and contractors to get the resources in time for the day to day activities to meet the
milestone.
He should be fully responsible for the implementation of the quality and safety of the project
in coordination with safety & quality all contractors .
He has to have regular review on progress review at site with all team members and take
necessary initiative to meet the target. He has to regularly interact with sales and marketing
team to understand and prioritize the needs of the sales.
He has to ensure timely certification of contractors and vendor bills and send it head office.
He must have a good experience in development of large scale township an d especially in
finishing work .
He should have complete experience in township infrastructure developments work.
He should be capable of going into minute detail in finishing to handover the apartment to
the owners/customers.
