Roles/Responsibilities:
 Heading a team of 4 people under Site Planning (Construction Management)
 Complete Out to Out Planning for the project (Site Establishment & Site Logistics, Pre
Construction Planning, Execution Planning including Procurement Strategy as per
work sequencing and timelines for entire project.
 Monitor budget and prepare plan for cash out flow (Expected Billing) against

 Developed a Master Facilitation Network (MFN) based on MS Project covering approx
2500 construction & non-construction activities under the guidance of Tata
Consultancy Services & monitoring the progress of all projects.
 Dealt with issues related to Land & Legal, Sales & Marketing, HR, Approvals, finance
& accounts etc.
 Interacted with all HOD's and assessed the bottlenecks in each project and highlight
