Appointed as A.P.M. at the above site of 60 Acres of land project.. The project has multistoried buildings with the
double basement. I am responsible for the execution of site works, and the project monitoring. I did the
construction of Sample Flats, Marketing Office, Engineering Office and setting up of a Batching Plant of 60m3
capacity. I am responsible for the indenting of the construction materials in store to avoid the delay in the supply of
Free Issue Materials.I issue the drawings to the staff and the assorted contractors and co-ordinate with the
Architect & Structural Consultant for the supply of drawings in our scheduled time frame.
Now, since August 2011 I am working as the Project Manager at Amrapali Castle site at GH-04A, Sector Chi-V,
Greater Noida.
There are three multistoried towers with the Basement+Stilt+13/14 floors in the plot area of 2.50 Acres. There are
various finishing activities going on, construction of the boundary wall, casting of Non Tower area swimming
pool,construction of Water Body, Pergola,Planters,Party Hall, Sub surface drinnage system,all type of Plumbing

Township building was completed in stipulated time.
Involving in this project was cast-in-situ, mosaic, kota, white stone, red stone flooring Apron 50000 Sqm., sand face
plaster approx.4500 Sqm, wall tile 850 Sqm, wall cladding 1500 Sqm and some misc. job regarding finishing job.
This job was completed within time including finishing work. This project was commissioned and handed over to
client.

3. VRC CONSTRUCTION (I) PVT. LTD.

Joined as Civil Engineer and posted in Panipat Refinery project of construction of enabling job of Civil & Flexible
Paving costing to the tune of Rs.3.0 crore under EIL as PMC and IOCL as client involved in construction of Electrical
Sub Station-27 having the area of 27X54 Sqm covered area double storied construction worth 1.97 crore. This
