Introduction
I am Yadava Krishnan Ethirajulu from Chennai- India.
A Supply Chain Professional and having more than 20 years of work experience in SCM
industry (Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and Reverse Logistics of warehouse operations).

Taking an organization along with team members to next higher level and retain the no.1 position

Managing operations of warehouse and distribution. Providing best services to customers with
right quantity, quality and on-time delivery. Adhering process of the comspany.
Vision & Mission
 I have worked with leading companies like Saud Bhawan Group, Oman - Dynatrade Dubai,
TVS Logistics Services – (3 PL), India, Toll India Logistics Services (3 PL - MNC), India and TR
Logistics - (3 PL), India. I was doing well in Saud Bhawan Group, Dynatrade Dubai with my
family between Mar- 2008 to Mar-2011. Since my eldest son is an autistic, I came down to
India.
 I joined in a local company Radha International, Chennai, India as a Sr. Manager with good
packages between Jun -2011 to Dec -2015. As MD passed away suddenly, the business got
closed and I was jobless for few months.
 At present, I am working for ‘big basket’ Chennai – India (India’s Largest Selling on-line
Super Market) between May 2016 to till date as an Asst. Manager. It’s a professional
organization with 18,000 SKUs and more than 1000 brands in grocery products.
 The product range right from fresh fruits, vegetables, rice, dals and all kind of food items
including frozen meat. I am managing a team of 250 employees with 50,000 sq. ft. area. Also
handling 3 shifts and delivering the products to an average 3500 customers per day. Fill
Rate is between 99.97 to 100%.
My Strength
 I respect everyone and trying to understand other person’s feelings and situation.
 I am bold and strong in mind. I am flexible to people to move easily.
 Experience and knowledge are my strength.
 I am a ‘Multi Tasking & ‘Multi & Talented’ person.
 Having capability to handle the work pressure.
 Strong in interpersonal skills and clear communication.
 Understanding organization’s goal, accordingly work as a team towards the
achievement.
 Capable of handling any superior position in an organization and having ability to
manage them well without any hassle.
 Having self confident and likes the smart work. Strong in Auditing.
 I could write or modify the process or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of an
organization. I can provide training to employees if necessary.
 Capable of handling issues and take appropriate decision according to situation as per
company norms. Negotiation skills.
 Strong documentation writing skills and computer skills
 I would be an asset to an organization, and definitely not as a liabilities.
My weakness
 I am a straight forward person.

About Warehouse Operations
 Each and every activity must be monitored right from ‘Inbound, Inventory, Outbound &
Reverse Logistics’ .
 As simple as that minimize the cost and increase the business value.
 I have mentioned about warehouse activity in detail in my resume.
 Safe environment.
 The clear business strategy with structure.
 Proper execution of business strategy.
 The clear vision and mission.
 Discipline and respect everyone.
 Hygiene - Spic & Span.
 Punctuality and on-time delivery .
 High importance and adherence to the Company Process and deviation must be avoided - No
communication gap.
 Team building and good interaction with team members - Motivation with rewards
consistently.
 Customer Satisfaction is very most important factor in every business to be successful.
 Oath must take in every day’s huddle about the customer satisfaction.
 Forecast the future of the business.
 Regular monitoring every activity of the business.
 Monitoring Profit and Loss of the business is very most important.
 Analyzing business scope & meeting the targets.
 If there is an issue in business, meeting to be organized immediately with concerned
team. The same has to be resolved ASAP with root cause analysis (depending upon
issue).
 Monitoring work efficiency regularly.
 Analyzing the necessary reports regularly.
 Training and support to be provided to low performers.
 Need to ensure the comfort level of employee during the work hours and they should
love to work.
 Insurance to be covered.
 Regular follow up with customers.
 Up to date and following the latest technology.
 Assessment of employee.
 Inventory management.
 Employee Attrition.
 Internal and External audit.
 Minimize the cost and increase the profit of the company.
 Accountability and taking care of Assets of the company.

 Right position according to my experience and knowledge.
