  students, parents and
  colleagues as well as grow
  professionally by attending in-
  services and other trainings.

 Role model to the students.

 School district hold in
  services, trainings and
  other professional
  developments for their
  teachers.
Working Together
 It takes everyone
 involved in a school
 system to make
 educating students a
 success from the
 students, parents,
 community and teachers.
Students
 Students will reflect the
  school’s atmosphere
  through their work and
  efforts in the classrooms.
Parents
 Parents will also show
 appreciation towards the
 school community.
Community
 Working together will
 help in the new
 endeavors that the
 student teaching
 experience will bring.
Continuing Education
 Universities and
 community colleges offer
 courses for those who
 seek to continue their
 education.
Reflection
 A teacher reflects on his
  or her lessons and tries
  to evaluate oneself for
  any corrective criticism.
 A teachers work is
  reflected off the students
  work and classroom
  management.
