This case presentation describes a 60-year-old female patient who presented with the chief complaints of pain in both heels for the past ten years and pain in the head and epigastric region. On examination, the patient was found to have tenderness on the heels and a high arch. Differential diagnoses included retrocalcaneal bursitis, tendoachillis tendinitis, and calcaneal spur. Based on the totality of symptoms, Pulsatilla was selected as the most similar remedy. The patient was prescribed a single dose of Pulsatilla 200 along with follow up doses and general management advice.
