Many people have been brainwashed into thinking that
exercise is optional. Somehow has become OK to choose
not to exercise.
This leads to a sporadic approach to exercising -
bootcamps etc to lose weight or look good for special
occasions
The reality is the exercise supplies essential nutrients
required for the expression of health. Our genes require
stimulus from exercise in order to produce healthy
