Wellness is not a coincidence, it is a way of life! With over 20 years of experience working in the health, nutrition and wellness industry, I would like to help you to achieve optimum health. I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in 1993 & began training as a personal wellness coach in 2006, I went on for many years teaching classes and helping individuals with their exercise regimes & programs. As a director of Intelligent Nutrition and A Healthier Life Wellness Centre, my Wellness Coaching company, I split my time running the wellness side of the company and mentoring others to become wellness coaches in their own right, to work alongside them in one of the world...
