Title of Assignment: Proposal regarding Human Resources Management in CIMB
Introduction and background of the company.
This assignment is to install our critical skills and soft skills. We need to analyse one of the
organization under the industry of finance or banking. So we decided to choose human resources
management faced by CIMB.The reason of why we choose this organization is because CIMB is one
of the well-established bank in Malaysia so it is easy for us to get information in internet.
CIMB is one of the well-established bank in Malaysia and also in Asia. This company
operated on Kuala Lumpur operating in high growth economies in ASEAN.CIMB has a wide retail
branch network with 1080 branches across the region. This group operates under several entities ,
which include CIMB investment bank ,CIMB bank, CIMB Islamic ,CIMB Niaga, CIMB securities
and CIMB Thai.. The group's business activities are primarily in the areas of Consumer Banking,
Wholesale Banking, comprising investment banking and Corporate Banking, Treasury & Markets,
and Group Strategy & Strategic Investments, with its core markets being Malaysia, Indonesia,
Singapore and Thailand. CIMB Islamic operates in parallel with these businesses, in line with the
group's dual banking model.
2.Managerial Issues Faced by the Company:
2.1.Employees management issues
2.1.1 unfair performance evaluation.
2.1.2 bonuses qualification.
2.1.3 issues dismissal of employees.
2.1.4 violation of human/employees rights.
2.Impact on company and employee performance
 Strain relationship between employee and top management .
 Performance of company drop, sales drop.
 Resignation and dismissal of employee.
 Customers start to go to another bank .
3.Analysis and Discussion
3.1 Overview and analyse the problem from the evidence gathered.

Method of Analysis:
1. Searching the information from the website.
2. Get the review of managerial issues of CIMB from the newspaper.
3. Discussion with friends.
4. Obtain the issues from social media.
Conclusion:
To summarise , It is important for us to have an excellent management and better knowledge about
Managing a company. So CIMB should hire a good manager for their organization to improve their
Image. Also not forgotten that top management itself has to appreciate their employee for doing good
Works in raising CIMB brand in worldwide. So lets appreciating everyone around us . Last but no
least“..(All) people are a single nation ; so Allah raised prophets as bearers of good news and as
warners, and He revealed with them the Book with truth ,that it might judge between people I that in
which they differed ; and none but the very people who were given it differed about it after clear
arguments had come to them, revolting among themselves ; so Allah has guided by His will those
Who believe to the truth about which they differed and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right
path.”

This assignment is to install our critical skills and soft skills. We need to analyse one of the organization under the industry of finance or banking. So we decided to choose human resources management faced by CIMB.The reason of why we choose this organization is because CIMB is one of the well-established bank in Malaysia so it is easy for us to get information in internet. CIMB is one of the well-established bank in Malaysia and also in Asia. This company operated on Kuala Lumpur operating in high growth economies in ASEAN.CIMB has a wide retail branch network with 1080 branches across the region. This group operates under several entities , which include CIMB investment bank ,CIMB bank, CIMB Islamic ,CIMB Niaga, CIMB securities and CIMB Thai.. The group's business activities are primarily in the areas of Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, comprising investment banking and Corporate Banking, Treasury & Markets, and Group Strategy & Strategic Investments, with its core markets being Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. CIMB Islamic operates in parallel with these businesses, in line with the group's dual banking model. 2.Managerial Issues Faced by the Company: 2.1.Employees management issues 2.1.1 unfair performance evaluation. 2.1.2 bonuses qualification. 2.1.3 issues dismissal of employees. 2.1.4 violation of human/employees rights. 2.Impact on company and employee performance  Strain relationship between employee and top management .

So CIMB should hire a good manager for their organization to improve their Image. Also not forgotten that top management itself has to appreciate their employee for doing good Works in raising CIMB brand in worldwide. So lets appreciating everyone around us .
