 Asked to implement Lawson Payroll with no payroll experience
 Set up ChexSystems Collection Agency, contacting state regulatory
bodies and making arrangements to meet their requirements
(completed forms and provided documentation, set up in-state bank
accounts, local addresses, defining business business processes)
 Provided Financial Planning, Chargebacks and Resource Management
for Deluxe’s application development team ($48 million budget)
 Client Database project – went from a simple GUI request to building
an entirely new relational database for the enterprise client data
($200,000 > $3 million dollar project)
 Joint venture with Deluxe FI, Deluxe Small Business and newly
acquired NEBS units. Initially brought in as a minor project contributor,
had to work to skillfully influence key initial team members to bring in
the correct cross-functional resources needed to achieve the business
objectives. Coordinated efforts of the cross-functional team.
 IHM Letters & Fulfillment – challenged to deliver letters and fulfillment
when IHM-CM/DM went live on Alineo despite vendor’s system
deficiencies and challenges encountered to creatively integrate multiple
systems (Alineo, Client Letter, GMC and UCM/Stellent)

A welcome addition to any team!  Cindy is clearly a strong BSA and an asset to BCBS. I would always select her to be within any of my project teams.  Cindy always does a great job of motivating and supporting every team member on her projects  Cindy taught me soft skills that were appropriate in the environment we were in. But not just the skills but also why those actions were beneficial.  Cindy makes good suggestions and assists others when they need support. She is all about getting the work done in a quality manner.  Cindy clearly defines project goals and objectives and makes sure delivered projects meet them.  Cindy strives to build rapport and trust with her partners. I am always 100% confident with her work.
