Set up ChexSystems Collection Agency, contacting state regulatory
bodies and making arrangements to meet their requirements
(completed forms and provided documentation, set up in-state bank

Provided Financial Planning, Chargebacks and Resource Management
for Deluxe’s application development team ($48 million budget)
Client Database project – went from a simple GUI request to building
an entirely new relational database for the enterprise client data
($200,000 > $3 million dollar project)
Joint venture with Deluxe FI, Deluxe Small Business and newly
acquired NEBS units. Initially brought in as a minor project contributor,
had to work to skillfully influence key initial team members to bring in
the correct cross-functional resources needed to achieve the business

IHM Letters & Fulfillment – challenged to deliver letters and fulfillment
when IHM-CM/DM went live on Alineo despite vendor’s system
