We are a start-up in food domain, offering one stop solution to
Corporate employees & visitors in malls for placing orders, making
payment and get food ready with minimal wait and no queues.
We thoroughly understand the growing needs of employees &
organizations to be more efficient with their time & that of customers
in malls who do not wish to wait for food in food-courts. Keeping this
in mind, we have designed the system which is fast, flexible and
highly cost effective and have been making continual enhancements
to it to make it more convenient for users.

Our Vision
We intend to simplify the lives of corporate employees by
reducing their wait time in office canteens/food outlet & of
customers/visitors in malls who eat at food-courts by taking
long queues out of the picture. We also aim at removing the
paper money making the solution even more valuable.

Outlet Prepaid Account
1. Customer will provide cash to vendor or
PrimeTray agent.
2. Vendor or PrimeTray agent will recharge
customer’s prepaid account using
PrimeTray POS.
3. Now customer will see “outlet prepaid
account” in payment options.
4. Select “outlet prepaid account” in
payment options and pay your bill using
it.

11. Organization
Assume there are 1000 employees in an organization. Out of those,
30% (300) have their breakfast , lunch and snacks in office canteen
or food court.
On an average, everyone spends 20 minutes while waiting for their
meal. So in all on a daily basis total time spent on waiting is 20*300
= 6000 min i.e. 100 Hours.
On an average a company pays 30 dollars to an employee for an hr.
So in a way we are saving about 3000 dollars or 100 person-hours
per day.

This new way of order and payment will give freedom to employees
in IT sector & customers in malls.
Let’s say, Marc was frustrated to work in India because everywhere
he saw queues, be it his office cafeteria or corporate Park’s food
courts or food court in his nearby mall where he goes on weekends
or to monuments.
One fine day, Marc saw PrimeTray advertisement in his corporate
Park’s food court & installed the app.
He was happy with the app as no more he had to wait in queue to
place order & wait to pick-up the food.
A few weeks later he went to his nearby mall & learnt that PrimeTray
had a tie-up with food outlets over there. He was rejoiced to see that
as at least one set queues were out of his life & he could accomplish
much more in the saved time.

13. Vendor
Now a days there is a big crowd in office cafeterias and food outlets
esp. in peak hours. That’s where vendors face many problems in
processing so many orders at a time, managing cash payments and
serving orders.
It also leads to cash leakage when owner or supervisor is not around
and customer dissatisfaction when he/she has to wait too long.
With Vendor POS the outlet owner can also keep track of order
processing efficiency & cash management.

1. Ordered menu items were not available.
2. Vendor was busy serving other orders in peak
hours so could not receive orders through app.
3. Vendor did not call the customer that his order
was ready.
Achievements
1. Gave real time menu management so that
vendors can update their menu if their was
change in availability of any item.
2. Currently we are providing vendors with tablets so
that they need not check their phone again and
again for orders.
3. We provided vendors with one touch notification
functionality so that they can send sms/notification
to customers once their order was ready.
