On Premise System
SAP SuccessFactors with payroll – implementation of HXM Suite including payroll, HCM is moved
from On Premise System to SAP SuccessFactors
SAP HCM for S/4HANA only – you have to transition to S/4 HANA before 2025 (with CP) or 2027.
Implementing HCM for S/4 HANA you can continue using existing HCM functionalities including
payroll.
