10. Changes after post
covid
• 1) The global economy's inflation is
impacting the market of Pakistan,
which has caused a drop in businesses
in terms of clients. Our company is
currently stable, but if inflation
continues for a longer period of time,
the company may need to cut some
benefits such as Eid parties and gifts.
However, monetary and non-
monetary benefits as well as salaries
will remain the same.
11. Changes after post-covid
The company's stability is evident as
there have been no layoffs, and all
benefits and policies are being carried
out despite the elimination of a few
activities
(3) Before COVID, the company's
growth was at a good pace.
Undoubtedly, during COVID, it has
accelerated to new heights. The
reason being an IT company, the
majority of work can be done on
laptops and smart tablets, making
shifting to online mode an easy
transition for them. This has given
them a firm base for post-COVID
situations.
12. ● Challenges faced by the company during
times of COVID:(1) COVID undoubtedly
was a blessing in disguise for Temples as
being an IT based company shifting to
online mode wasn't a problem for them
which not only provided more
international (& domestic) clients and
projects to them but also enabled them to
showcase a trimendous growth and profit.

13. Changes to be expected or making in their reward system
• The overall condition of the company during
these times is quite stable because long-term
projects cater to the main part of the
employee's salary, and the company's profit
margin is also satisfactory. However, due to
global economic inflation, few changes have
taken place such as the discontinuation of
lunches, trips, gifts, and minimal rewards.
Despite this, the main benefits are still being
provided to the employees. For instance, they
have started a car policy instead of an equity
policy, so that employees can take advantage of
it at the present time instead of waiting for
three years for the equity policy to mature. This
was a smart change in strategy.
• Additionally, IPD/OPD benefits are also being
provided.
