Our trip to finland
The students visited Finland and experienced many cultural differences from their home in Poland. They observed that Finns have saunas in most homes, don't wear shoes inside schools, and enjoy ice skating. At school, students eat lunch together in a canteen and help clean up afterward. Contrary to stereotypes, the Finns they met were very kind and welcoming. The weather during their trip was milder than typical winter conditions in Finland. One highlight was visiting the popular Fazer Factory, where they learned about Finnish sweets and ate as much candy as they wanted. Education in Finland also differs in starting later and having one teacher for core subjects in early grades.

Bài báo này sẽ trình bày về các thức vận hành của một trường tư thục tiêu biểu của Việt Nam thể hiện qua cấu trúc tài chính và sự khác biệt so với các trường tư thục trên thế giới khác như tại Hoa Kỳ, Ấn Độ, … Để thành công được, các trường tư thục Việt Nam cần có hai yếu tố quan trọng đó là sự khác biệt và phương thức vận hành chuyên nghiệp, hiệu quả.
Sự khác biệt đã mang lại thành công cho các trường tư thục không chỉ trên quy mô tại Việt Nam mà còn tạo uy tín và dấu ấn quốc tế. Nhiều trường tư thục hay quốc tế như FPT, Hoa Sen, RMIT, Thăng Long, Bình Dương, Duy Tân, Lạc Hồng … được đánh giá cao và mang lại sắc thái tươi mới và đa dạng cho nguồn nhân lực Việt Nam.
Phương thức vận hành chuyên nghiệp, hiệu quả là điều cốt yếu để trường tư thục có thể tồn tại được. Khác với cạnh tranh công – tư trong doanh nghiệp khi mà doanh nghiệp nhà nước chỉ có đặc quyền về vốn mà vẫn chịu mọi chi phí hoạt động thì các trường tư thục tại Việt Nam phải cạnh tranh khốc liệt hơn nhiều. Đối lập với các trường công lập được đảm bảo về cơ sở vật chất và hầu hết các chi phí hoạt động, các trường tư thục vừa phải đầu tư dài hạn để phát triển và vừa phải đầu tư ngắn hạn để tồn tại.

to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
