the low price and excellent quality
Firstly we will give good quality so that in market we became reliable 
Time of delivery must be perfect because our product are perishable product.
Strengths: 
As an exporting firm of fruits and vegetables the primary strength for a business are the

Are the core of the business 
activates. For exporting purpose we must 
consider the markets where our products 
have high demands.
Weakness. 
As for under developing countries business has to face many problems. 
Purchases. 
The market positions are not same for the whole seasons. So therefore we must be capable to 
overcome these factors. These factors may cause the increase in price, which the buyer is not 
ready to pay.
Labor unskilled 
The business is effect a lot by the low efficiency of staff and labor. The staff and labor must be 
qualified and have sufficient experience the relevant job. 
Overall consignment problems. 
problems may come such as Cargo issues. If the booking for shipment is not confirmed then 
the processed product might get spoiled due to delay in flights or ships.

Availability of fruits throughout the years.
