organization for first three
5, ASSESMENT OF THE INTERNSHIP
 While I was performing a work tasks in the
internship program there are obstacles first. But
after some time I have executed a verity of
practical skills on the ongoing activities or work
flow of the employees to collect a lot of
experience from them and to improve my
theoretical and practical skills.
 So I was accountable and responsible for my task
to satisfy my goal in the internship duration.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE ORGANIZATION
Supply chain or procurement department
should be very strong.
Electrical wiring must be properly
designed, installed and maintained
Quality assurance system should be
modernized
improve its look on university intern ship
students & give them enough services.
the machine must be clean daily and repaired.
value chain be strengthened.
The sector should engage in upgrading
Improving access to information and
marketing skills.
There is need to develop an explicit human
resource development plan for the industry skills
The quality-design part of the supply chain
needs to be developed adequately
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE PRACTICAL
ATTACHEMNET
I’m very pleased to recommend that:
period of practical training should cover areas of the
basic practical training curriculum and should be hold
during the practical semester scheduled and envisaged in
the practical training curriculum study regulations. i.e.
Must have been lawfully enrolled on a full-time basis.
Financial support should run in appropriate way at
appropriate time for a right purpose. This could be a
brief overview and will give students the sense that you
(and therefore we) are organized.
In summary I can say that practical attachment is really
essential for every student of agribusiness and value chain
management studies to get idea about textile industry. By
completing this report I have got overall idea of textile
industry sector and these may be helpful to know about the
technical, value chain and management knowledge of
