PERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION
ABOUT GRANT
Grant Day was born in the Northwest Arkansas region in a little town called Springdale. Springdale
is where he spent his entire life and where the love for music and live sound grew from. At a
young age of 14, Grant took to learning sound board and recording operations at a small church.
As his talent and and love for music and sound grew he was able to move to a church where he
started learning under a communication director for a church that broadcast to thousands on
Sundays and to all of America during the week. After learning a for a few years under this director
Grant felt he wanted more knowledge on the industry and therefore enrolled at Full Sail University
for a Bachelors in Entertainment Business where his focus is in event management. He hopes to
use both skills in his future career in event management.

‣ Moved to Anaheim, CA or Orlando, FL to purse a mid level event coordinator job at
one of the main Disney parks.
‣ Move up to Management or Director during this time.
‣ Long Term: (2035)
‣ Coordinating performers, events, and parade for the 2035 Television broadcast Walt
Disney Christmas Parade.
‣ Achieve Senior management or VP status of Event Coordinating within Disney by
December of 2035.

  • 2. PERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION ABOUT GRANT Grant Day was born in the Northwest Arkansas region in a little town called Springdale. Springdale is where he spent his entire life and where the love for music and live sound grew from. At a young age of 14, Grant took to learning sound board and recording operations at a small church. As his talent and and love for music and sound grew he was able to move to a church where he started learning under a communication director for a church that broadcast to thousands on Sundays and to all of America during the week. After learning a for a few years under this director Grant felt he wanted more knowledge on the industry and therefore enrolled at Full Sail University for a Bachelors in Entertainment Business where his focus is in event management. He hopes to use both skills in his future career in event management.

PERSONAL BRAND EXPLORATION CAREER GOALS Short Term: (Immediately After Graduation, 2020) ‣ Land an Entry- Level Event Coordinating Position with the Walton Art Centers Walmart Amp. ‣ Build connection with 15 different area managers of the Disney Corperation. ‣ Mid term: (2025) ‣ Moved to Anaheim, CA or Orlando, FL to purse a mid level event coordinator job at one of the main Disney parks. ‣ Move up to Management or Director during this time. ‣ Long Term: (2035) ‣ Coordinating performers, events, and parade for the 2035 Television broadcast Walt Disney Christmas Parade. ‣ Achieve Senior management or VP status of Event Coordinating within Disney by December of 2035.
