on factors such as the scale of production, machinery used, storage needs, and workspace for
employees. It could range from a small workshop or garage for a small-scale operation to a larger
facility for mass production. Typically,we need enough space for equipment, raw materials storage,
workstations, and packaging areas. It's advisable to consult with experts or conduct a detailed layout
plan to determine the exact space requirements for your manufacturing operation.
• COST REQUIREMENT : The cost to manufacture wooden combs can vary depending on
factors like the type of wood used, production methods, labor costs, and overhead expenses. Generally,
it can range from a few cents to several dollars per comb. If we were considering manufacturing
wooden combs, it's essential to conduct thorough research and cost analysis to determine the specific
amount required for your production process.
13. EXAMPLE IF WE MANUFATURING
Suppose we take a land to establish a plant of wooden comb . The rent of the land is rs
25000. per month .And our labour charges of ( Min 5 labour ) were 75000. per month .
And our manufacturing cost of wooden comb is rs 7/- per pcs and it should be sell in the
market at 150 rs and our EBITA is 100 rs and after deducting the taxes and all our gross
profit margin per pcs should be 75/- per pcs.
