human being is the most important asset in any organisation but every individual comes with their own and unique kind of behaviour. the organisational models becomes necessary to change such bhaviour towards organisational objectives, so lets take a look. there are 4types of models in organisation 1) autocratic model 2) custodial model 3) supportive model 4) collegial model

6. CUSTODIAL MODEL
 Custodial model basically focuses on
welfare of employee through economic
security like – wages, pension scheme and
other necessary benefits
 This all generates loyalty and motivation
towards work in employee
 But the employees don’t have authority to
select which kind of reward they want
which may create low motivation level

7.  Supportive model is based on leadership instead of
power or incentives
 It tries to motivate staff through the informal superior
subordinate relationship
 It can be said it work opposite from autocratic model
 It motivate employees with satisfactory environment
and recognition of employee.
