The document outlines a plan to create a 5-minute promotional film for a new building. It will include footage and photographs throughout the building, interviews with staff and artists, and will be edited together with unnecessary parts removed. Once complete, the film will be used to promote the building and Creative Thinking by posting on their website and Facebook page.

1. During this project I would like to make a short film about the new
building to promote what we do here.

2. • I would like my short film to include the members of
staff at Creative Thinking as well as the artists. I would
like my film to consist of different footage taken
throughout the building, photographs taken of the art
work and short interviews with members of staff and
artists.
• The film will be about 5 minutes long.

3. Once I have all the footage and photographs, I will then be able to
edit it all on the computer and create a short film from it by:
• Cutting parts of the footage I don’t need
• Moving certain scenes around
• Adding backing music for effect

4. • Once I have finished all the editing and put the film
together, it can be used to promote the new building and
also show the public what everyone does at Creative
Thinking.
• Ways we can use the film for promoting would be to
post it on the main Creative Thinking website and also
the Creative Thinking Facebook Page.
