About the parts
• Each of the parts is based on 2 interviews, so
in every point it appears (1) for subject 1
opinions/thoughts and (2) for subject 2.
Say
• (1) I had different expectations about getting a job
• (1) there’re a lot of things that I don’t like of this work such as, spending 1:30 hour
just to get there, people don’t want to amount to much, they make mistakes
everyday, and they don’t take my opinion into account.
• (1) I feel that my job can be done by someone with less studies or capabilities
• (1) I took the only option available after a long time looking for a Job (6 months)
since I finished University.
• (1-2) I won’t consider the salary if the the job makes me happy but I do need the
money for my new life as a worker
• (1) I’m not ok with people of my work talking at my back
• (2) I’m really happy in the place where I Work
• (2) I’m still waiting for using all my capabilities in this work
• (2) I only had one previous, and short, job experience before this job. Because of
that I had a big lack of confidence, I didn’t know if the tasks of this new job were
similar to what I had on university
• (1) Companies are not hiring people without experience, or they are giving them
terrible jobs
Think
• (1) wants to quit his job as soon as he find a new or better one
• (1) and (2) want a job where they could show their capabilities learnt at the
university.
• (1) wants to be hired for a job that cannot be done by someone with less
knowledge
• (1) and (2) want a fair salary. (1) thinks he is not getting it, (2) thinks he is
• (1) would take into account several factors apart from salary for making his/her
decision of applying or not for a new job. Factors like, Location of the new job,
Facilities for employees, length of the shifts, etc.
• (2)Thiks it’s necesary some experience for applying for a new job.
Do
• (1) can look for a better job in many different ways. Internet, newspapers,
social networks, contacts, teachers, family, etc.
• (1-2) can stay in their current jobs for a middle time to get some
experience before applying for a new job
• (1) can «polish up» his/her CV (resume) and have it ready for a new job
apply. He also can train him/herself on how to make a impression at a job
interview
• (1-2) can train themselves in different activities required by the companies
nowadays like learning a new language or a computer software like excel
or something.
• (1-2) can do a postgraduate study, for both, have deeper knowledge on an
specific area, and getting contacts for a new job interview.
Feel
• (1) feels disappointed about the job he/she currently has
• (1) feels he/she can apply for different jobs but he/she would not get it
because he/she lacks on experience
• (2) is always afraid about the experience needed for a job and the possible
changes he/she has to deal with to adapt to a new job
• (1) Sometimes feel that he/she should had studied another career
Problem Statement
• Senior year school* students looking for a way
to show their capabilities learnt at school and
gain some job experience for their curriculum
while getting paid for it because they need a
way of income, and a way of make a living.
* School = university/college.

(1) thinks he is not getting it, (2) thinks he is • (1) would take into account several factors apart from salary for making his/her decision of applying or not for a new job. Factors like, Location of the new job, Facilities for employees, length of the shifts, etc. • (2)Thiks it’s necesary some experience for applying for a new job.

Internet, newspapers, social networks, contacts, teachers, family, etc. • (1-2) can stay in their current jobs for a middle time to get some experience before applying for a new job • (1) can «polish up» his/her CV (resume) and have it ready for a new job apply. He also can train him/herself on how to make a impression at a job interview • (1-2) can train themselves in different activities required by the companies nowadays like learning a new language or a computer software like excel or something. • (1-2) can do a postgraduate study, for both, have deeper knowledge on an specific area, and getting contacts for a new job interview.
