PRESENTATION
•The area of Physical Education, along with the other taught in
compulsory areas, seeks to achieve the comprehensive
development of students.
• Our area is a bit special because it is the only way to develop
cognitive and physical motor skills.
• The course is founded on two aspects, body and movement.
We need to establish lines of action in body education and
health care. We will focus on Body shape and fitness by
practicing leisure recreation and collective and individual sports.
OBJECTIVES OF THE AREA
1. ANALYZE THE BENEFITS THAT THE PRACTICE OF REGULAR PHYSICAL
ACTIVITY HAS ON PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVING THE
QUALITY OF LIFE AND HEALTH.
2. PLAN AND DEVELOP A PROGRAM OF HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
INVOLVING BASIC PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES BASED ON THE INITIAL STATE OF EACH
STUDENT / A.
3. USE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS A MEANS TO SPEND FREE TIME AND LEISURE
ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION AND PARTICIPATION IN IT, VALUING
CULTURAL CARRYING CAPACITIES ASSOCIATED.
4. SOLVE SPORTS DRIVING SITUATIONS EFFICIENTLY USING TECHNICAL-TACTICAL
ELEMENTS AND BASIC STRATEGIC PRINCIPLES.
5. PHYSICAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES IN THE NATURAL AND / OR URBAN KNOWING
THE DIFFERENT POSSIBILITIES THAT THIS OFFERS THE COMMUNITY OF
EXTREMADURA, WHILE SHOWING ATTITUDES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THE
PRESERVATION OF THEIR HERITAGE.
6. DESIGN AND PRACTICE INDIVIDUALLY OR COLLECTIVELY BASED COMPOSITIONS
WITH OR WITHOUT MUSIC AS A MEANS OF EXPRESSION AND COMMUNICATION.
1. INCREASE ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY OVERALL
STRENGTH COMPARED TO ITS INITIAL LEVEL.
2. RECOGNIZE THROUGH PRACTICE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES TAKING PLACE IN A
STRIP OF HEART RATE BENEFICIAL TO HEALTH.
3. USE BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND RELAXATION METHOD FOR REDUCING
IMBALANCES AND DECREASED STRESSES CAUSED BY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY.
4. SHOW RESTRAINT IN THE APPLICATION OF FORCE AND THE RELATIONSHIP
WITH THE ADVERSARY, IN SITUATIONS OF PHYSICAL CONTACT IN FIGHTING
GAMES AND ACTIVITIES.
5. EXPRESS ATTITUDES OF COOPERATION, TOLERANCE AND SPORTSMANSHIP
BOTH WHEN ADOPTING THE ROLE OF PARTICIPANT AND SPECTATOR IN THE
PRACTICE OF TEAM SPORTS AND ADVERSARY / FIGHT.
6. CREATE AND IMPLEMENT A SEQUENCE GROUP HARMONIOUS BODY
MOVEMENTS FROM A CHOSEN PACE.
7. MAKE A TOUR IN THE NATURAL OR URBAN ENVIRONMENT MEETING BASIC
SAFETY STANDARDS AND SHOWING AN ATTITUDE OF RESPECT TOWARDS THE

PROCEDURAL SCOPE: HERE WE ARE GOING TO FRAMING THE PRACTICE TEST RESULTS,
DIFFERENT PROCESSING JOBS WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT TO STUDENTS OR MADE A​​
VOLUNTARY BASIS, THE VALUATION OF THE PARTICIPATION AND PROGRESSION TO THE
STUDENT WHO HAS OBTAINED AT THE END OF EACH TEACHING UNIT . NOT ALL / AS
ALUMNI / AE SHOULD REACH THE SAME LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE BUT WILL CONSIDER
INDIVIDUAL POSSIBILITIES. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE STUDENT OBTAINS A MINIMUM
SCORE OF 4 IN THIS SECTION FOR THE AVERAGE WITH THE OTHER TESTS.
CONCEPTUAL SCOPE: WITHIN THIS AREA WE FIND THE THEORETICAL TEST. AS REGARDS
PROOF OF CONCEPT, THE STUDENT MUST ACHIEVE A MINIMUM SCORE OF 4 IN ORDER TO
PERFORM THE AVERAGE WITH THE OTHER QUALIFYING AREAS.
ATTITUDINAL SCOPE: ONE OF THE FUNDAMENTAL PARTS OF THE QUALIFICATION.
ATTITUDES WERE ASSESSED AS EFFORT, COMPLIANCE FOR THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF
THE CLASS, COOPERATION, INTEREST, DESIRE FOR IMPROVEMENT, PUNCTUALITY,
ATTENDANCE, HYGIENE AND RESPECT FOR TEACHERS AND PEERS AND, ESPECIALLY,
INITIATIVE AND HELPS PEERS. TO QUALIFY THIS BLOCK WE WILL USE THE ANECDOTAL
RECORD THAT MADE THE TEACHER ABOUT STUDENTS' BEHAVIORS, WHETHER POSITIVE OR​​
NEGATIVE.

Length: 10 km. approx., during school hours
Possible routes: Visit the Conventual Santiaguista

PRESENTATION •The area of Physical Education, along with the other taught in compulsory areas, seeks to achieve the comprehensive development of students. • Our area is a bit special because it is the only way to develop cognitive and physical motor skills. • The course is founded on two aspects, body and movement. We need to establish lines of action in body education and health care. We will focus on Body shape and fitness by practicing leisure recreation and collective and individual sports.
  • 3. OBJECTIVES OF THE AREA 1. ANALYZE THE BENEFITS THAT THE PRACTICE OF REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY HAS ON PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND HEALTH. 2. PLAN AND DEVELOP A PROGRAM OF HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INVOLVING BASIC PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES BASED ON THE INITIAL STATE OF EACH STUDENT / A. 3. USE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS A MEANS TO SPEND FREE TIME AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION AND PARTICIPATION IN IT, VALUING CULTURAL CARRYING CAPACITIES ASSOCIATED. 4.
