To be considered, students must submit their ideas by December 10th and demonstrate their knowledge of music publications and websites, clearly understand their target audience, refer to media language concepts, and use industry terminology in their planning.

Dear QPCS students,
Magic Sound Ltd. own some of the top-selling music publications in the
UK, catering for all ages and genre. They are giving twenty students the
opportunity to work with them on an exciting new project; creating a new
teen music publication and accompanying website which brings something
unique and different to the industry.
To be in with a chance, you must submit your ideas by the 10th
December to
Magic Sound Ltd. Use the guidelines below to ensure you fulfil the brief:
• Demonstrate your knowledge of the history, codes & conventions of
music publications and associated websites
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of your target audience and how to
represent them
• Demonstrate your knowledge of the Key Concept of Media Language by
referring to it throughout your planning
• Use key media terminology throughout your planning.
