Pre-Production
Script and Script Breakdown
As it is a visual story instead of dialogue driven, my script is just a story
outline with a tiny bit of dialogue spoken by one actor
First Draft
First Draft Changes
New Post-Lockdown Announcement Script
• With new restrictions on seeing people and going outside I have to
rewrite my script with the ideas that I have to be in it because I cant
get actors and my mum and sister are both working and it all has to
be in one room.
• I feel competent that I can create something that is both shot in one
room with one actor and still visually interesting that works with all
the work and effort I put into all the previous work.
• This is not going to be my best work as I have very limited resources
to actually produce this piece but I can do my best with what I got
and hope it comes out well

• Scene 1 Shot C
• I like the idea of his identity being revealed as its
telling Adam that Carmichael and his team know
his identity and it could be very damaging for him
and his activities.
• I don’t like how it doesn’t have the instructions
about what he has too do.
• I am going to take the identity bit fuse it
together with something that’s more descriptive
of his what he has to do and why that gives
Adam a clear incentive and task to complete
• I will also add a clock at the bottom to highlight
the pressure that Adam is under to complete the
task.
• Scene 3 Shot B
• I like the text at the top as it adds a fun techy
aspect to the a otherwise boring overlay. The red
light in the corner will be flashing and the time at
the bottom will also change as Adam scrubs
through he footage in the film
• I don’t really like the text at the bottom right as it
doesn’t serve any purpose and looks out of place.
• I think I am going to stick with this idea and loose
the text in the bottom right

• The thing with this scene is that I there
will be a lot of different screens doing a
lot of different things
• I will have a chat window, some terminals
and the website they are getting into
open and referred back too.
• This will go along side the shots of typing
and over the shoulder shots of the
monitors and Adam
• Scene 4 Spc
• The special window is the server farms
point of view with the progress of Adams
hack being shown from that.
• The red will flash on to show his progress
with alarms going off in the background
• I will have this shown on a computer in a
different location with the camera dolling
towards it as the red fills the screen.

• This will work really well in showing
that he has been hacked by Adam and
that its all going downhill.
• Scene 5 Shot C/D
• This will both be a shot itself and on
the laptop screen
• It will have the text seen on the left

Dolly
Why This Kit
• BMPCC4k
• I am using this camera as it great in any
lighting conditions including the
challenging lighting that I anticipate on
my set.
• The 4k means I can downscale in editing
and produce razor sharp images.
• It also records both ProRes and BRAW so
my colour grading is going to be really
good.
• Ikea Lights
• I am using these lights because they are
the only ones I have access too.
• They are spotlights so very directional so
I can shape the lighting how I like.
• Takstar SGC-598
• I am going to using this mic as it
produces really good sound quality at an
incredible low price.
• It is also cold shoe mountable so fits
nicely on my camera cage.
• Black Sheet
• The big black sheet will mean I can
create a border round my set and block
out anything I want.
• It can be easily attached to anything
with some heavy duty clamps.
• Dolly
• The dolly will help me to get long
smooth tracking and movement shots.
• It will also act as a hi hat as it a ¼ inch
hole in the middle for a tripod head to
be placed securely.
• MPK Mini
• I will use this little keyboard for creating
the soundtrack to the film as I plan to
use all original music for the main scene
and end credits.
• Its very versatile with both a keyboard
and a drum pad built in.
• Canon 600d
• I will use this camera for some BTS
photos for my evidencing and my zine. I
will also use it to take my poster photo.
• The compactness and 18MP sensor
makes this camera a great choice for my
needs.
• Da Vinci
• I will be using this to edit my film
together as its very advanced and will let
me get the best possible film out of
footage.
• Also, the colour grading capabilities are
unmatched by any other software.
• Premier Pro
• I will use this for very specific reasons. To
add stabilization to any shots that need
it as Premier Pro’s stabilization engine is
very good.
• I will also only use this too add 2.39:1
black bars as I don’t know how to add
that in DaVinci.
• Photoshop
• I will be using photoshop to create the
poster and t-shirt for my film in this
software.
• I will also be using this to create all my
animation assets such as backgrounds
and foreground plates.
• After Effect
• I will use aftereffects to create the
onscreen hack animations as I know
what the expression code is for what I
want to happen.
• I will also use this to do my idea cards
and main credit cards as there is a great
encryption text animation preset that
works really well.
• Garageband
• I will be using this to mix and master all
the music for my film. This is because
Garageband has 1000s of sounds and
loops and works really well with all my
VSTs and external plugins.

Adam’s Look
• Elliot from Mr. Robot is
the main inspiration
behind Adam as Elliot
has the classic all black
hacker look that is really
common and a cliché
but in a good way. It
works to reflect the
characters emotions
that I am trying to
represent without being
too explicit.
• I also like the look the
designers went for with
Josh from Watch Dogs
2, the beanie under the
hoodie and loose fitting,
rolled up sleeves hoodie
really works to give the
player an idea of the
characters personality
and tropes
Carmichael’s Look
• Aiden Piece and Marcus
Holloway from Watch
Dogs 1/2 is my
inspiration as they have
a distinct look with the
mask and cap
combination that adds
intrigue to the character
by making the audience
wonder who this person
is.
• I am taking the mask
and cap combination for
main feature of the
character to add the
same intrigue and
suspicion that is
presenting in the
watchdogs characters

I lost my actor and crew
• I lost my actor due to the government saying people aren’t to be in
groups of more than 2 so I have taken the decision to not use external
actor’s for both health and legality reasons
• I light of all this, I have come up with a few ideas that only require me
as actor and my sister as a stand in for any shots that don’t need to
show a face so I can still use some dynamic movement that I wanted
before
• I sent these emails to my actor and crew to let them know

Laptop
To give my laptop the hacker look I put some carefully
thought out and random stickers on the front to make it
less boring. I used a Facebook and anonymous sticker in
the centre. This works as Facebook is well known for its
dodgy activities when it comes to user data and privacy
and the anonymous logo is well known in hacking
culture to be the original hacktivist group that started
the mass following and increased awareness and
knowledge of hacking culture.
The Chinese Laundry sticker is there as that is the name
of group he is trying so hard to get into. It is also the
name of a clothing shop that sells stickers like that so it
worked out really well that I was able to get high quality
and good looking stickers.
The other 3 on the side are just covering a big scratch
that can be seen on camera and is incredibly off putting
and noticeable. They were just 3 that I thought looked
cool
QR Code
I have had some ideas about what to do
with the QR code and I am going to set it so
if you scan the QR code in real life it takes
you too a website all about the film. I will
make these into stickers and use it as a
marketing technique that draws interest to
the film as the QR scanning in the film is a
big part and sets up the story
I made the website in adobe portfolio and
will attempt to get a proper domain for it as
currently it is
https://error503.myportfolio.com
This will be printed and stuck on the door
for Adam to find and reveal all the
information that sets up the story
Scan This
Location
The Look I Want
The look I want is very derivative of the look
of the hackerspaces in Watch Dogs 2
I chose this look because
visually and aesthetically, it
looks very impressive and
looks like what you would
imagine a hackerspace to
look like. The production
design in my film is very
important as it drives the
mise-en-scene.
Location
I have two locations in which I am shooting my film. One is in Guisborough for all the
establishing shots and the other is in York for my interior shots.
• I chose to shoot in Guisborough as it juxtaposes the ideas that all hacking movies and
hacking culture takes place in big cities like San Francisco, New York and London. I want to
show how that’s not the case by setting my film a small town that’s very unheard of.
• My other location will be my garage in York. This will make it easy for getting to the location
and planning everything before hand. This will make my planning be more precise and
detailed as I'm not working off pictures and I can be in the space to come up ideas.
• Using one location is a great from a time and a budget point of view as I don’t need to
travel to other locations and I only have to buy props for one location. One major issue
with using one location is that it limits creatively in a way that it condenses big scripts and
intricate stories from unfolding. This isn’t a major issue as my story isn’t very intricate and
doesn’t have a lot of layers that requires characters in different locations.
• I am using my one location as a metaphor for the characters isolation from the world when
he is in this room. The only communication form the outside world is through his computer
and he locks himself in this room.
Location Forms
I lost the location
• I lost the location because with everyone being on
lockdown everyone has lots of free time so the garage I
was planning on using became full of stuff that is meant
to have been sorted out. This isn’t a huge issue as my set
can be reproduced in a different room of my house.
• The plan at the moment is to use my bedroom as main
set and the kitchen/front door for the outside
interaction with Cmike.
• My bedroom has a wardrobe the size of my desk so I will place
that there and a very large sun facing window so with some
diffusion through a bedsheet, perfect lighting for a good few
hours. The doors can also act as mounting points for the lights,
mics and black sheet.
• My kitchen door looks out onto the street so I will have a
perfect set up for the door and car scene. It also has overhead
spotlights working on different light switches so I can control
each set individually and only light what I need to
These photos are taken from when I was
shooting the music video for Ruku

My Style and how I will fuse them together
Opening Scene
• These songs have a very alternative rock feel with loud and complex drum patterns and rhythmic
guitar melodies. Altogether these songs spark a joy and happiness with the combinations of
different grooves and indie style of faced passed guitars.
• My biggest inspiration this song is Think – The Magic Gang, the drums and horns played over the
top of the guitars really makes the whole scene play out in my head well
• I am not well versed in creating this type of music so I will be looking at a lot of different sample
packs that contain guitar and bass loops and creating my own drum beats too. This worked well
last FMP when I used MIDI melodies accompanied by my own drum patterns.
Main Scene & Credits
• These songs are all techno with very jarring beats and dark synth tones. A lot of the songs have
the dark tones played by the synth bass and a high pitched melody played atop. This juxtaposition
of sounds creates a very distinct style of music and plays to the themes of my film really well
• I especially like the work of Hudson Mohawke, his use of percussion sounds really elevates the
beats and drum patterns to something that can work really well in the positions my character is
in. This is because it creates a specific type tension and triumph that cant be done any other way.
• I make a lot of techno/hiphop type beats outside of college so I know my way around a simple
techno song. I want to blend my style of hiphop production with complex drum patterns and 808
sounding bass to create a techno/hiphop blend that can be used to build the tension that
Mohawke does so effortlessly in his music.

Post-Schools Closing Poster Design
• With schools closing I have no access to a projector so I cant do my original idea which is a shame
as I have to come up with a new idea and I was excited to do something like that as I have never
done it before and wanted that experience. With so little time left for planning I think I am going
to have to go for a generic GIF/cinemograph style poster. A GIF style poster would be more
interesting and easier to do. I have some initial ideas but I'm not sure witch I want to go for so I
may make 2 of the best ones and see which comes out better, with no college and not being
allowed outside I have a lot of time to kill. My initial are: Moving mask up and down. Typing on a
keyboard split screen with a screen capture of text. Monitors flickering with different images on it

Holly Clark Production Design
Production Manager
I want to get outside help when it comes to
designing my set as its always best to be
collaborative. Holly has a very artistic
background which I believe will help better
than having just me.
I also want her to overlook production and
make sure everything gets done. This is
because being on set can get hectic and I
feel like I need someone there just keeping
an eye on things.
Production Designer
• Work with me to build and design the
physical look of the film
• Help me select props that will best fit the
tone of the film
Production Manager
• Make sure everything runs smoothly on the
day.
• Note down good shots and takes to make
things easier in the edit
If Holly is unavailable on the day then I
can get her help on all the pre-visiuals
and her help on my deciding what
props I need to get before hand.
If she isn’t available to be my
production manager then I will just
have to be super organised myself and
take time to note down shots and
changes myself.
Adam Lepard Actor Adam is a great actor and studied drama at
GSCE level. His personality and way about
him fits my character well and I believe he
can portray the role very well
Act out my story
• fully represent the character they are playing
by acting as that character
• convince the audience that character is real
by drawing them into the story
If my actor is unavailable on my shot
day I can reschedule for another time
and shoot all the inserts and locations
shots during that time
If I actor fully drops out I have a half
baked idea for a first person POV but
it would be so much work and look a
lot worse than with an actor and the
original idea
My Roles Director
AC
Editor
I have a very clear vision for my film and
don’t want to leave my vision with anyone
else so I will be directing the film. I will also
be running the camera too as I am the most
experienced with my camera and have in
my head a very detailed shot list
Direct the short film
• Convey the emotions that the story needs
• Make sure all the shots get done and to a
high standard
Run the camera
• Control the camera movements and chose all
the settings required
Edit the film
• Fully edit the film
• Do all the sound design
• Colour grade the film
There is no contingency.

What I Don’t Like
Final Idea
a Velvet Thunder company
For the final
design I combined
the text and logo
for both initial
ideas and moved
them into the
middle
I also went for the full
back idea instead of the
rectangle as I liked this
one better
I am going to add a little tag down here that will
contain some information about the company
much like a24’s LLC shirts
The design on the back is
going to reflect the film
instead of the brand as its
more related to the project

Risk Assessment
Risk Why is it an issue How to over come
COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Its highly infections and is currently a pandemic.
It can slow down production and inevitably shut the whole
project down or make my crew/actors cancel.
It will also mean we are going to miss college time for 2 weeks
during production time.
Practise basic hygiene and stay away form sick people. If
infected self isolate.
So College Shut And Nobody Is Allowed Outside
I will continue to work on my film at home by setting up an
office away from my bedroom so I can focus and shoot my film
starring me and shot by me in my house.
Fire and melting gels The gels to plan to use to can melt if it touches the bulb
directly as it very thin plastic and bulbs run very hot. This can
cause a fire and possible kill someone.
I will clamp the gels to the outside of the light and bend it over
the bulb. This will stop the gel from touching bulb and reduce
a fire risk exponentially.
Car There is one interior shot of a car I need to get and anything
involving a car can be dangerous. As the car is parked there is
a risk of another car crashing into it or leaving the parking
break off and the car rolling.
I will make sure the car is very visible and not going to get hit
by anything else.
I will double check the handbrake so it doesn’t start to roll
Tripping Hazzard A lot of my props are needing plugged in along with my lights
and camera at times. This will mean that there are cables
running all over the place and can cause a major tripping
hazard
I will run all not visual cables behind the set and tie them up
with cable ties
I will mark all the cables I need visible with bright tape and
remove them before I hit record
I will make sure all the lighting cables and tapped down to the
floor and is visible to the cast and crew
Weight of Camera When the camera is in shoulder mount mode it is very heavy
and can cause back pain if used for a long time with no break
I will take regular breakers by just setting the camera down
and stretching out my back. I will also use a camera strap to
take some weight away from the arms and back.
Working at a computer all day Working at a desk on a computer all day can cause issues like
RSI and eye strain
I will take breaks every 90 minuets to avoid these issues
becoming big problems.

“Only If I Have The Money” Purchase
I want to put money into this project because it want it to be the best film I have ever made not only for grading
purposes but to show to people to be like I know what I'm doing and I am capable of doing your thing. I want this too
show off every skill I have and be the driving force for my university degree and future employment
The printing is very important because I want to be able to physically show something for all my efforts that isn’t just a
YouTube clip and some pictures on a screen.
To get the money together I will be saving from my job and also borrowing some money form my parents. All together
this will be enough to pull off this project to a high degree of professionalism and quality.

New Post-Lockdown AnnouncementScript • With new restrictions on seeing people and going outside I have to rewrite my script with the ideas that I have to be in it because I cant get actors and my mum and sister are both working and it all has to be in one room. • I feel competent that I can create something that is both shot in one room with one actor and still visually interesting that works with all the work and effort I put into all the previous work. • This is not going to be my best work as I have very limited resources to actually produce this piece but I can do my best with what I got and hope it comes out well

The red light in the corner will be flashing and the time at the bottom will also change as Adam scrubs through he footage in the film • I don’t really like the text at the bottom right as it doesn’t serve any purpose and looks out of place. • I think I am going to stick with this idea and loose the text in the bottom right

  • 21.
Why This Kit •BMPCC4k • I am using this camera as it great in any lighting conditions including the challenging lighting that I anticipate on my set. • The 4k means I can downscale in editing and produce razor sharp images. • It also records both ProRes and BRAW so my colour grading is going to be really good. • Ikea Lights • I am using these lights because they are the only ones I have access too. • They are spotlights so very directional so I can shape the lighting how I like. • Takstar SGC-598 • I am going to using this mic as it produces really good sound quality at an incredible low price. • It is also cold shoe mountable so fits nicely on my camera cage. • Black Sheet • The big black sheet will mean I can create a border round my set and block out anything I want. • It can be easily attached to anything with some heavy duty clamps. • Dolly • The dolly will help me to get long smooth tracking and movement shots. • It will also act as a hi hat as it a ¼ inch hole in the middle for a tripod head to be placed securely. • MPK Mini • I will use this little keyboard for creating the soundtrack to the film as I plan to use all original music for the main scene and end credits. • Its very versatile with both a keyboard and a drum pad built in. • Canon 600d • I will use this camera for some BTS photos for my evidencing and my zine. I will also use it to take my poster photo. • The compactness and 18MP sensor makes this camera a great choice for my needs. • Da Vinci • I will be using this to edit my film together as its very advanced and will let me get the best possible film out of footage. • Also, the colour grading capabilities are unmatched by any other software. • Premier Pro • I will use this for very specific reasons. To add stabilization to any shots that need it as Premier Pro’s stabilization engine is very good. • I will also only use this too add 2.39:1 black bars as I don’t know how to add that in DaVinci. • Photoshop • I will be using photoshop to create the poster and t-shirt for my film in this software. • I will also be using this to create all my animation assets such as backgrounds and foreground plates. • After Effect • I will use aftereffects to create the onscreen hack animations as I know what the expression code is for what I want to happen. • I will also use this to do my idea cards and main credit cards as there is a great encryption text animation preset that works really well. • Garageband • I will be using this to mix and master all the music for my film. This is because Garageband has 1000s of sounds and loops and works really well with all my VSTs and external plugins.

The Costumes Adam Carmichael Beanie Hoodie Cargo-StyleJeans Black Shoes Cap Bandana Black Sweatshirt Adam’s Look • Elliot from Mr. Robot is the main inspiration behind Adam as Elliot has the classic all black hacker look that is really common and a cliché but in a good way. It works to reflect the characters emotions that I am trying to represent without being too explicit. • I also like the look the designers went for with Josh from Watch Dogs 2, the beanie under the hoodie and loose fitting, rolled up sleeves hoodie really works to give the player an idea of the characters personality and tropes Carmichael’s Look • Aiden Piece and Marcus Holloway from Watch Dogs 1/2 is my inspiration as they have a distinct look with the mask and cap combination that adds intrigue to the character by making the audience wonder who this person is. • I am taking the mask and cap combination for main feature of the character to add the same intrigue and suspicion that is presenting in the watchdogs characters Plain Black Jeans

Laptop To give mylaptop the hacker look I put some carefully thought out and random stickers on the front to make it less boring. I used a Facebook and anonymous sticker in the centre. This works as Facebook is well known for its dodgy activities when it comes to user data and privacy and the anonymous logo is well known in hacking culture to be the original hacktivist group that started the mass following and increased awareness and knowledge of hacking culture. The Chinese Laundry sticker is there as that is the name of group he is trying so hard to get into. It is also the name of a clothing shop that sells stickers like that so it worked out really well that I was able to get high quality and good looking stickers. The other 3 on the side are just covering a big scratch that can be seen on camera and is incredibly off putting and noticeable. They were just 3 that I thought looked cool

QR Code I havehad some ideas about what to do with the QR code and I am going to set it so if you scan the QR code in real life it takes you too a website all about the film. I will make these into stickers and use it as a marketing technique that draws interest to the film as the QR scanning in the film is a big part and sets up the story I made the website in adobe portfolio and will attempt to get a proper domain for it as currently it is https://error503.myportfolio.com This will be printed and stuck on the door for Adam to find and reveal all the information that sets up the story Scan This

The Look IWant The look I want is very derivative of the look of the hackerspaces in Watch Dogs 2 I chose this look because visually and aesthetically, it looks very impressive and looks like what you would imagine a hackerspace to look like. The production design in my film is very important as it drives the mise-en-scene.
  • 34.
Location I have twolocations in which I am shooting my film. One is in Guisborough for all the establishing shots and the other is in York for my interior shots. • I chose to shoot in Guisborough as it juxtaposes the ideas that all hacking movies and hacking culture takes place in big cities like San Francisco, New York and London. I want to show how that’s not the case by setting my film a small town that’s very unheard of. • My other location will be my garage in York. This will make it easy for getting to the location and planning everything before hand. This will make my planning be more precise and detailed as I'm not working off pictures and I can be in the space to come up ideas. • Using one location is a great from a time and a budget point of view as I don’t need to travel to other locations and I only have to buy props for one location. One major issue with using one location is that it limits creatively in a way that it condenses big scripts and intricate stories from unfolding. This isn’t a major issue as my story isn’t very intricate and doesn’t have a lot of layers that requires characters in different locations. • I am using my one location as a metaphor for the characters isolation from the world when he is in this room. The only communication form the outside world is through his computer and he locks himself in this room.
  • 35.
  • 36.
I lost thelocation • I lost the location because with everyone being on lockdown everyone has lots of free time so the garage I was planning on using became full of stuff that is meant to have been sorted out. This isn’t a huge issue as my set can be reproduced in a different room of my house. • The plan at the moment is to use my bedroom as main set and the kitchen/front door for the outside interaction with Cmike. • My bedroom has a wardrobe the size of my desk so I will place that there and a very large sun facing window so with some diffusion through a bedsheet, perfect lighting for a good few hours. The doors can also act as mounting points for the lights, mics and black sheet. • My kitchen door looks out onto the street so I will have a perfect set up for the door and car scene. It also has overhead spotlights working on different light switches so I can control each set individually and only light what I need to These photos are taken from when I was shooting the music video for Ruku Kitchen spotlights

My Style andhow I will fuse them together Opening Scene • These songs have a very alternative rock feel with loud and complex drum patterns and rhythmic guitar melodies. Altogether these songs spark a joy and happiness with the combinations of different grooves and indie style of faced passed guitars. • My biggest inspiration this song is Think – The Magic Gang, the drums and horns played over the top of the guitars really makes the whole scene play out in my head well • I am not well versed in creating this type of music so I will be looking at a lot of different sample packs that contain guitar and bass loops and creating my own drum beats too. This worked well last FMP when I used MIDI melodies accompanied by my own drum patterns. Main Scene & Credits • These songs are all techno with very jarring beats and dark synth tones. A lot of the songs have the dark tones played by the synth bass and a high pitched melody played atop. This juxtaposition of sounds creates a very distinct style of music and plays to the themes of my film really well • I especially like the work of Hudson Mohawke, his use of percussion sounds really elevates the beats and drum patterns to something that can work really well in the positions my character is in. This is because it creates a specific type tension and triumph that cant be done any other way. • I make a lot of techno/hiphop type beats outside of college so I know my way around a simple techno song. I want to blend my style of hiphop production with complex drum patterns and 808 sounding bass to create a techno/hiphop blend that can be used to build the tension that Mohawke does so effortlessly in his music.

With so little time left for planning I think I am going to have to go for a generic GIF/cinemograph style poster. A GIF style poster would be more interesting and easier to do. I have some initial ideas but I'm not sure witch I want to go for so I may make 2 of the best ones and see which comes out better, with no college and not being allowed outside I have a lot of time to kill. Name Job RoleWhy them Responsibility Contingency Holly Clark Production Design Production Manager I want to get outside help when it comes to designing my set as its always best to be collaborative. Holly has a very artistic background which I believe will help better than having just me. I also want her to overlook production and make sure everything gets done. This is because being on set can get hectic and I feel like I need someone there just keeping an eye on things. Production Designer • Work with me to build and design the physical look of the film • Help me select props that will best fit the tone of the film Production Manager • Make sure everything runs smoothly on the day. • Note down good shots and takes to make things easier in the edit If Holly is unavailable on the day then I can get her help on all the pre-visiuals and her help on my deciding what props I need to get before hand. If she isn’t available to be my production manager then I will just have to be super organised myself and take time to note down shots and changes myself. Adam Lepard Actor Adam is a great actor and studied drama at GSCE level. His personality and way about him fits my character well and I believe he can portray the role very well Act out my story • fully represent the character they are playing by acting as that character • convince the audience that character is real by drawing them into the story If my actor is unavailable on my shot day I can reschedule for another time and shoot all the inserts and locations shots during that time If I actor fully drops out I have a half baked idea for a first person POV but it would be so much work and look a lot worse than with an actor and the original idea My Roles Director AC Editor I have a very clear vision for my film and don’t want to leave my vision with anyone else so I will be directing the film. I will also be running the camera too as I am the most experienced with my camera and have in my head a very detailed shot list Direct the short film • Convey the emotions that the story needs • Make sure all the shots get done and to a high standard Run the camera • Control the camera movements and chose all the settings required Edit the film • Fully edit the film • Do all the sound design • Colour grade the film There is no contingency.

Final Idea a VelvetThunder company For the final design I combined the text and logo for both initial ideas and moved them into the middle I also went for the full back idea instead of the rectangle as I liked this one better I am going to add a little tag down here that will contain some information about the company much like a24’s LLC shirts The design on the back is going to reflect the film instead of the brand as its more related to the project

Risk Why isit an issue How to over come COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Its highly infections and is currently a pandemic. It can slow down production and inevitably shut the whole project down or make my crew/actors cancel. It will also mean we are going to miss college time for 2 weeks during production time. Practise basic hygiene and stay away form sick people. If infected self isolate. So College Shut And Nobody Is Allowed Outside I will continue to work on my film at home by setting up an office away from my bedroom so I can focus and shoot my film starring me and shot by me in my house. Fire and melting gels The gels to plan to use to can melt if it touches the bulb directly as it very thin plastic and bulbs run very hot. This can cause a fire and possible kill someone. I will clamp the gels to the outside of the light and bend it over the bulb. This will stop the gel from touching bulb and reduce a fire risk exponentially. Car There is one interior shot of a car I need to get and anything involving a car can be dangerous. As the car is parked there is a risk of another car crashing into it or leaving the parking break off and the car rolling. I will make sure the car is very visible and not going to get hit by anything else. I will double check the handbrake so it doesn’t start to roll Tripping Hazzard A lot of my props are needing plugged in along with my lights and camera at times. This will mean that there are cables running all over the place and can cause a major tripping hazard I will run all not visual cables behind the set and tie them up with cable ties I will mark all the cables I need visible with bright tape and remove them before I hit record I will make sure all the lighting cables and tapped down to the floor and is visible to the cast and crew Weight of Camera When the camera is in shoulder mount mode it is very heavy and can cause back pain if used for a long time with no break I will take regular breakers by just setting the camera down and stretching out my back. I will also use a camera strap to take some weight away from the arms and back. Working at a computer all day Working at a desk on a computer all day can cause issues like RSI and eye strain I will take breaks every 90 minuets to avoid these issues becoming big problems. Cost Sheet Necessary Purchase LessNecessary Purchase “Only If I Have The Money” Purchase I want to put money into this project because it want it to be the best film I have ever made not only for grading purposes but to show to people to be like I know what I'm doing and I am capable of doing your thing. I want this too show off every skill I have and be the driving force for my university degree and future employment The printing is very important because I want to be able to physically show something for all my efforts that isn’t just a YouTube clip and some pictures on a screen. To get the money together I will be saving from my job and also borrowing some money form my parents. All together this will be enough to pull off this project to a high degree of professionalism and quality. Finances
