The trailer uses various editing techniques to build tension and mystery. It employs short, fast-cut clips to avoid revealing too many spoilers while still showing glimpses of scary moments. Transitions between scenes are often only 1 second to continually ramp up a feeling of unease. Jump scares, dark cinematography, and unsettling sounds and music further frighten the audience. The plot involves characters exploring a mysterious cave and encountering unexplained phenomena that seem linked to their pasts. As they delve deeper, more secrets and horrors are revealed. The trailer ultimately leaves viewers wanting to know more about the film's full story.

INDUSTRIAL SICKNESS
In simple term a sick unit may mean a unit which is not healthy in terms of yielding profits and fetching returns on investments.
According to SICA Act,1985, industrial company defined as sick if:-
It was registered for at least seven years;
It incurred cash losses for the current and the preceding year and
It had eroded 50% more of its peak net worth during any of preceding five financial years.
CAUSES OF SICKNESS
Industrial units may become sick at different stages and due to different reasons. Indeed, some industrial units are-
born sick,
some units achieve sickness.
CAUSES FOR BORN SICKNESS
Wrong Location- It has been observed that “high-technology based units are established in areas without skilled labour or supporting infrastructure; industries based on imported raw materials are founded in regions without adequate transport and communication system.”
Inexperienced Promoters-They may go for wrong selection of project and may make faulty project planning. This may give birth to sick units.
Technological Factors-If plant and machinery finally selected by entrepreneur turns out to be defective or obsolete, then units are bound to be sick.
Faulty Demand Forecasting-Wrong assessment of market potential or faulty demand forecasting, change in the market conditions, including the change in the consumer tastes and preferences, etc. Can also cause birth of sick units.
CAUSES OF ACHIEVED SICKNESS(INTERNAL CAUSES)
Labour Problems-In some cases, acute labour problems have resulted in strikes, lock-outs and even closure of industrial units. If these problems are not tackled in time, these problems can cause sickness.
Diversion of Resources-It means investing funds of the business unit in some new ventures. Some entrepreneurs divert their resources in the new ventures without in-depth analysis of such new ventures. if these new ventures do not succeed then it results in losses and lead the unit towards sickness.
Failure to Modernise-If the business unit fails to adopt the advanced technology, fails to change the product mix and other elements of marketing mix to suit the changing environment, then such unit may lag behind and in the long run, it may lead to sickness.
Over-capitalisation-It means capital invested in the business owned or borrowed is more than the required capital. It put burden in the form of interest and dividend. It affects profitability and leads to sickness.
EXTERNAL CAUSES
Government Policy-Sudden changes in the govt. policy relating to import, export, industrial licensing, taxation etc. can make viable units sick.
Shortage of Raw Material-In a number of cases, the units are not able to achieve optimum capacity due to shortage of raw material. This results in disturbing the production schedule, causing losses to the unit.
Recession in the Market-It may cause steep declin

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

1. In the first second of the trailer it uses an editing technique of having
that feeling like it is going to be cut off, which is very effective within a
horror film as it creates an illusion of them being cut off or something
bad is going to happen. It uses a non-diegetic and voice over of
The next scene shows the institutional logo of Universal and Legendary the
transition only occurs for a second and then goes back to the snippets of the
clip. The scenes tend to be really short and fast perhaps to build tension when
the scary part comes in. Furthermore the institutional logo helps the audience
identify the type of film its about and would appeal to them more if they
like the type of genres and films they produce.
This shot is a birds eye view of Paris. This tells us that this is where the film
will be set in. Once again this shot uses a second transition onto the next
clip as it is building tension for the equilibrium of the film.
2. As the trailer goes on it tells us more about the plot and what the characters
are going to do. They try to discover and find out what’s inside the cave.
This scene uses a tracking shot of the main characters walking in and uses a
jump shot of them when they are inside. The few seconds of the clip then
shows a montage scene of the build up to the cave.
This shot uses a zoom in to enhance the object on the walls and exaggerate
perhaps the graves in the cave. Moreover because the characters who are in
there are also documenting about the things they find out about the cave, it
uses a non-diegetic sound of a camera being taken to make it more affective
and make it seem that the characters in the trailer were also taking pictures of
it. The clip does this throughout the beginning until the disruption comes.
The next shot uses an intertitles to make the scene more understandable to
the audience and show what’s happening within the clips so far. The sound
uses a non-diegetic once again of a slow of a sharp noise when the text
fades in.
3. This is an extreme close up shot of one of the main characters. This scene
challenges the ideology of having men being dominant and powerful as it is
showing him to be scared and afraid from the facial expression he is pulling.
The camera is hand held so that it makes it more realistic. This clip only last for
a second or two and because the camera is so shaky it reinforces his situation
that the character is in.
This next shot emphasises what could have happened to the character. It
shows that scary feeling for audience because the disruption of the film gets
more tense as the trailer goes on. The sound on this scene uses a sound
bridge to synchronous to the action of the character
After that the sound then goes back to diegetic sound of voice overs of the
main character and the camera pans around the cave. The scenes are pitch
black and the only ones you can see are the characters, it pans around and
uses a lot of close up shots to enhance their faces. Furthermore because the
scene is pitch black it gives you that scary feeling if something will pop up from
the background which will get the audience more hyped up about it. The
scenes ones again are a second long and fades in and out to make the effect of
something bad/scary is about to show.
4. The build up to this shot is when the characters explores the cave more and
find arts and clues on the wall in ancient language which showed them to
this hole. The camera stays on this for a while creating an enigma to the
demographics and then zooms in really quickly into the hole and the screen
goes pitch black. The sound uses a really squeaky noise when it shows the
hole and fades out quickly and back. When the screen shows pitch black the
sound stops and all you hear is one of the characters saying ‘Oh my God’ to
make it scarier for the audience to watch
The next scene then shows them going into a room which they find after
finding the hole. The scene gets all intense as he starts playing the piano and
talks about how he used to have one when he was little and one of the key
were broken, and the one that they found just happens to be the same note
that was broken which gives in mystery and linking with the person who was
playing it.
It then fades in once again to the institutional of the film to enhance the
distribution of the film and remind the demographics what sort of film this
would be about from the previous films they have already produced. The
sound then resumes back to the non-diegetic that has been played
all throughout the trailer.
5. As they go on through the cave they find more clues and ancient
language on the wall that people who were there in the older days wrote,
perhaps showing warning to the people who would discover it in the future.
The couple of scenes uses shot-reverse shot when the woman describes
After that the camera pans around the character who were stood in circle
and only captures the face in second who were looking in different
direction and then turns to the camera and zooms in, this creates fear and
jumpy effect to the characters as it was unexpected which what makes a
good horror film as audience need to be unaware of things so that the
demographics would want to watch the film.
The next scene then uses an intertitle of when the film will be released
but doesn’t specify a date so that it keeps the audience engage and hype
about the film and waits for other products of this film that will tell them
the release date of the specified film.
6. The few seconds after then shows different clips from the film really
fast which gives suspense to the audience, and because the camera is
hand held some scenes tends to be really shaky to make it more
realistic for audience that they are in the situation as the characters in
this trailer. Furthermore because the scenes from the clip is really fast
this tells us that there will be a scary part that will occur which once
again helps to build up the scary factor to the audience.
It then uses another dissolving intertitle, which is short but summarises
what the things that they are seeing inside the cave mean, such as when
they were in the room with the piano one of the characters says that he
used to have one just like it but one of the keys were broken and when
he played it, it just happened to be the exact key that were broken,
therefore by using intertitle ‘Your past will haunt you’ it could mean that
each character would go through this all through the film. However the
intertitle is separated to give that mystery to the audience creating an
enigma.
After the intertitle it then shows a footage of a person being hung, it
uses an editing technique where it fades really quickly closer and closer
to the object to create that scary feeling and mystery to the audience
of who it may be. A voice over is used on this of one of the characters
shouting ‘Dad’ which once again relates to the intertitle that it showed
before ‘Your past’ which could mean that her dad already died but just
happened to show up in the cave that they are in.
7. The scenes have very short takes so that it doesn’t give away any
spoilers for the audience as if they show every bit of it, the audience
would know all the scary things that they would show. Therefore by
having fast scenes it won’t give away too much scenes in trailers.
This clip uses a low angle/wide angle shot of one the characters going
down the hole to see the perspective of him when he goes down rather
than having the camera look down on the persona s then you can see
who is at the bottom of it. This scene goes really quick and all you see is
a hand pulling down on the strings creating a mystery because you don’t
see who the person actually is.
Furthermore, because the scenes are all handheld you can tell that the
they are running from something due to the fact that the camera is all
shaky and all over the place which gives in that effect to make it more
believable and have that effect that they are with them.
8. After all the short takes and the non-diegetic sound of the main
characters screaming it the camera zooms in similar to a graphic match
as the sound is synchronising with the clip due to people screaming. The
sound then stops and the characters go into a room where a car is on
fire. The camera uses a tracking shot of them going into the room and
the person inside the car uses a kind of sinister looking due to the fact
that the face turns as if the audience would have thought that he was
already dead.
In this scene everything is quiet until one of the characters shout ‘It
wasn’t my fault’ a non-diegetic is then used to synchronise with what is
happening in the medium of the scene which makes it more realistic that
he was being pulled in towards the car. The camera uses a tracking shot
once again which zooms in really quick onto the car.
The title of the film is then placed right at the end of the trailer to create
a mystery and audience will want to find out more about the film due to
how good they thought the trailer was. The title of the film uses a black,
red and white theme colour which follows a typical convention of the
main colours they would use in any horror film products as this connotes
to fear, blood and more symbolising with the genre of horror.
