Nationwide Insurance- Role: Project Manager- July 2012 to present
Information Risk Management-Cyber Security Program:
• Delivered a major, complex initiative, IRM Cyber Security-Multi-Factor Authentication
project. Managed 9 Agile Lines, 20 impacted applications with over 150 resources, with a
budget of about $ 4 M. MFA project provided great value to NW by reducing the
company’s vulnerability to web attacks by providing extra level of security to 3.5 M
customers.
• Managed the complexity of blending an Infrastructure project, a Cyber Security project
and an Application Development project with strong communication and relationship
management skills.
• Extensively involved in leading enterprise level initiative for adoption of MFA for 36
Nationwide web applications across multiple BSA’s. Managed to drive the delivery of 10
major applications for MFA adoption and providing leadership to drive the remaining
adoptions with a roadmap until 2017.
• Successfully led and ready to deliver in August Release another, major complex release
for Multi-Factor Authentication project, with $1.5 M budget. This project will enable
MFA for B2B/B2E users. Accelerated the effort by 3 months, driving huge efficiency in
cost and schedule.
Data Warehouse and Underwriting – Underwriting Excellence Program:
• Led and successfully delivered GSUW Prior Approval project, ranked at #4 priority in NI
IT projects Business priority for 2014, leading a team of over 90 geographically dispersed
resources with 16 impacted applications and $2 M budget, which involved a pilot release
and full state roll out release. This project improved both agency and customer
experience at NW by enabling real-time communication for Agents and Underwriters to
prevent risks from being bound on Auto and Home Insurance that are not aligned with
the company guidelines.
• Managed GSUW WV Auto Project from develop phase to Implement. Improved the
project status from red status to green by mitigating the issues and
escalating/communicating with leadership.
Agency Solutions – Multiple Projects:
• Implemented EC Property Credit State Check project and VT Consumer Consent Credit
project in Agency Solutions BSA.
• Managed Marketing Storefront project through Solution Scoping Phase and drive the
discussions with project troika for vendor selection process.

Nationwide Insurance- Role: Test Lead- Aug 2005 to June 2012
• Provided Test Leadership by working on numerous ECIF releases in a span of 3 yrs with
high to medium complexity by being involved in full life cycle of the CIM projects,
coordinating about 6 to 10 partner areas testing.
• Managed ECIF testing team on CIM Program, a multi million and multi year initiative as
a test lead and delivered multiple releases with quality and on schedule.
• Lead a team of 9 testers with a multi-million Address Cleansing project which was the
largest release in ECIF history where major CIM functionality was implemented.
