their personality and to deepen their self-awareness through mindfulness practices,

Become less critical and judgmental, and more open and accepting.
Become less serious, frustrated, and angry, and more joyful and flexible.

A Type 1 needs to plan some Self-Care, when:
They feel a personal obligation to fix everyone’s problems.
They feel that if they don’t take action, things will be done incorrectly.
They feel stressed by the weight of personal obligations.

TRY AND LET IT UNFOLD.
