This document summarizes Boris Tkachenko's presentation on the experience of supporting youth entrepreneurship through the Youth Business International network, using the example of Youth Business Russia. The Africa Gender and Development Evaluators Network (AGDEN) was formed in 2002 to promote gender and human rights responsive development evaluation in Africa. Over the past decade, AGDEN has grown from 14 initial members to over 100 members across 18 African countries. AGDEN has worked to develop tools and training to strengthen capacity for gender and rights-based evaluation, including developing a toolkit for monitoring and evaluation and delivering workshops across Africa. AGDEN also advocates for these approaches through panels at evaluation conferences and online discussions.

The annual Next Generation Conference has become a high-level global event. The Next Generation Leadership Board oversees national initiatives and provides support to local committees. The program's mission and guiding principles focus on education, awareness, diversity, altruism, communication, and talent management. Goals include providing relevant programming and a forum for global connection.
