Presentation
Museums are exploring digital and mobile technologies to enhance visitor
experience. Museums have experienced a revolution with the arrival of new
technologies capable of enhancing their visitors experiences with multimedia
content. Initiatives go beyond technology within exhibits and installations, but
also include more pervasive uses of tech to create interactive experiences for
visitors throughout a museum, as well as remote experiences for those who
cannot get there.
What kind of public
                         is concerned ?
- Motivates users to participate in the experience

-Museums which want a setting where visitors can access digital online
information about the institute’s exhibitions and collections

- Institutions which Can such a thing as an online museum community be successfully
created and
sustained? What approaches have worked to date? What do they have in common
with other web experiences?
