24. Moreover, you need to know your Body
Mass Index or your BMI to see if your
height and weight is proportionate to
your age.

first your height in meter and weight in
kilogram
To compute, follow the formula:
BMI= weight in kilogram= 60kg = 23kg/m
Height in m² (1.6m)²

And based on the chart shown the said
BMI of a person with 60kg. Weight and a
height of 1.6m = 23kg/m has a classification
of NORMAL
