2. Project Description:
Project SAGIP (Stakeholders Awareness through Good
Governance Involvement and Participation)
Project SAGIP is a school project that aims a good
governance and intent to heightened and raised awareness
among stakeholders about their potential involvement and
participation on different school projects and activities.
Through this project the school can build a strong partnership
and collaborations with the different stakeholders both
internal and external stakeholders.

3. Project Description:
This creates a community atmosphere of unity towards achieving a
common goal with a good governance as its foundation and
harmonious partnership with the stakeholders. This allows the school
to gain support to effectively implement its projects and different
activities for the delivery of quality education among learners and to
continuously offers service to the public. This project also allows to give
a proper recognition to the stakeholders for their valuable contribution
and active participation for the school’s improvement.

4. Background and Content:
Establishing good relationship with the stakeholders is a great
help to the school. They were the partners of school in
providing quality education and rendering good services. With
the help of this stakeholders the school can maximize its
resources. Projects of the school were also made possible
through the help of the stakeholders. Building a great
relationship with the stakeholders is like building a sharing the
mission, vision and goals of the school. Through this
relationship with the stakeholders the school can better serve
the learners and can provide the needs of the learners.

5. Background and Content:
Establishing good governance at school means engaging everyone.
Stakeholders were one of the great partners of the school to fully best
serve the public. It always starts with strengthen collaboration with
the stakeholders. Building a positive relationship with the
stakeholders allows them to become fully aware with the projects
and goals of the school. This can lead them to actively and willingly
participate and involve themselves for the betterment of school.
Through this the school can gain support which were beneficial on
implementing projects successfully. This can be a great opportunity
to better serve the learners and provide quality education and good
services to the public.
